“We were on a strict budget for our wedding. I knew that florals would be the best way to save on some of the huge wedding costs. I found out about Flower Moxie from googling where I would get wholesale flowers. I was immediately hooked once I saw the flower options, tutorials, and worksheets to help plan out my special day. I am very big on organization, and this website had resources for every step of the way. I found the perfect combination of flowers for my boho wedding. I ordered the flowers about 2 months before our big day. It was a destination wedding, so I was checking into our airbnb on the day the flowers were arriving. I had them scheduled to be delivered at the Fedex holding center near by. I thought the company only used Fedex shipping based on my research. I went into full panic mode when I saw the flowers had been shipped by UPS. I immediately called UPS and Fedex, and to be honest I was stunned at the behavior on the other side of the phone. The flowers were still in transit, and no one would help me with rerouting. I called Flower Moxie to see if they could change things on their side as they were the sender. Luis answered the phone and it felt like I finally had someone looking out for me. I had already spent 4 hours on the phone with the shipping companies and gotten nowhere. Luis said he was on it and not to worry. I ordered enough flowers for 18 centerpieces, 70 bud vases, 8 bouquets, and 1 flower arch. Needless to say, it was quite the ordeal to reroute everything. Over the next 48 hours, Luis kept in constant contact with me about the progress of the shipment. I know I was on the phone for at least 6 hours with this ordeal, and I wouldn't be surprised if he had spent about 15 hours talking to UPS, Fedex, florists, and customs to get me my flowers. He made me feel calm and taken care of. Everyone was coming to me with questions and concerns the entire wedding week, and I can't express how it felt to have someone have my back, and take an extremely big tasks off my plate. I would absolutely recommend this company for DIY brides. And I hope this review is seen by Flower Moxie to highlight an outstanding employee with excellent customer service. In an age when it takes time and multiple attempts in order to talk to a person on the phone, I am so appreciative of the effort that was given by Luis for my wedding day. He made me feel like it was an important event for him too. Thank you Luis for making my wedding dreams come true! My sister also mentioned you in her MOH wedding speech. We were all impressed :)”

“Working with Brittany from Bloom by Britt was honestly one of the best parts of planning our wedding. Out of all our vendors, she was easily my favorite. From the start, she just got it. My now husband and I can barely name more than a few flowers between the two of us, but Brittany guided us through everything and really took the time to understand our likes and dislikes without ever pushing us in a direction that did not feel like us. Brittany even took time out of her work day and traveled to come tour our venue with us to make sure she could fully execute the vision. That level of care made us feel so confident in her from the beginning. “We were so delighted to use The Faux Bouquets for our wedding. We ended up having a family emergency that forced us to downsize the size and budget of the wedding just a few months before the wedding, and the team at TFB were so accommodating and helped us to find a solution that still allowed us to use their flowers in our (modified) ceremony. We were a bit concerned about the flowers getting smushed in shipping, but they arrived looking absolutely STUNNING and with plenty of time before the big day. Even my gardener of a grandma couldn't tell they weren't real flowers! We were so happy with how everything looked on the day, and in pictures they look just as lovely. Can't recommend The Faux Bouquets enough! There's no visual difference compared to real bouquets and they are much more affordable. The last big selling point that I would advise future brides, and I did not really consider this, is that because the flowers don't wilt, we could set the decor out the night before--which is a LIFESAVER to not have to worry about on the special day! Anything that will save you time and stress on the day of the wedding is a big win!”

“Cascade Queens is the perfect florist if you’re looking into using wooden faux flowers! Dana was absolutely amazing to work with. I appreciated how she was so organized, informative, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. She regularly kept me updated on different promotions to help us stay within budget, which I really appreciated. One of the coolest parts of this experience was being able to choose my own color scheme and she designed the flowers exactly how I envisioned them. I highly recommend checking out their reference photos on Instagram or Facebook, because it really helped me get a sense of the floral styles I liked. Dana also worked with me to match everything to my color palette, offering great suggestions along the way. On my wedding day, she came in while we were getting ready and set everything up beautifully. She even sent me photos during setup to confirm I liked the placement. The floral displays on the tables were gorgeous, and the pergola she decorated turned out stunning! She also shared helpful tips on how to re-use the ceremony florals for the cocktail hour and reception tables/decor, which saved us on cost and over-ordering. At the end of the night, Dana came back to retrieve the larger pieces and centerpieces, but we got to keep our beautiful bouquets and boutonnieres. “I’m obsessed with Sasha! She’s a true visionary. I had a vision and I let her run with it and she truly executed it ten fold. I’m a chef and I wanted fruits and vegetables incorporated into my florals. She accomplished this design in the most classy and elegant way. There were mushrooms, kale, radish, gooseberries and so much more and my guests loved it and found it so unique. It was all in a beautiful jewel tone palate and matched the vibe of my wedding venue to the T. The florals that she used were so vibrant and unique as well, there were even hollographic flowers (anthurium) from a specialized flower house. Above and beyond! My bouquet was the prettiest bouquet I’ve ever seen and guests kept on telling me how impressed they were with my florals and how they were so Eva.
