The Hanover Grande Ballroom has a wonderful staff! They are very detailed oriented and pleasant to work with! The food is amazing as well. I have been to several events at the Hanover and the presentation and service is excellent! I am looking forward to booking another event with Hanover!

From the moment I met my event planner, Danica, the planning went smoothly and every detail was covered. Grayson handled the flowers and decor beautifully. My bouquet came out better than I ever could have expected and the ceremony and reception decor was everything i was looking for. I came to them with a cake stand I had seen that I was going to rent myself but instead THEY HAD ONE MADE!! That’s just one example of many of how they go above and beyond to make your day a dream come true. From the ceremony to the reception things were seamless from a venue standpoint. Danica and Kailey planned my day with me and made sure my vision came to life. Checked in often and even made sure our fist look went smoothly while juggling another wedding. Maddy, Kim, Jenny, and Ally took it from immediately after the ceremony to the end of the night, never leaving me and my guests without whatever it was we needed. Jenny ensured I had a drink in my hand before I even thought to head to the bar for another starting with hitting the end of the aisle after the “I do”. We loved having our wedding at Montdale Country Club! Their communication was always fast and efficient over text, which made planning a breeze. The venue itself was simply gorgeous, with a spacious patio and gazebo overlooking the lake that made for beautiful photos and an unforgettable reception. The staff helped set up and take down decorations, and provided excellent customer service to us and our guests throughout the event. The food was delicious - all our guests were raving about it! Our guests also could not stop talking about what an amazing wedding it was. Between the gorgeous scenery, delicious food, and helpful staff, Montdale really helped make our wedding day special and run so smoothly. We highly recommend them for any couple's big day!

The in house team is incredible - Kasie, Kaitlin and Sarah were responsive to every question we had, providing recommendations and offering up any help needed to bring our vision to life. I love that they went above and beyond and sourced local whiskey for our specialty cocktail! Their enormous storage closet of wedding decor saved us a lot of money too. Everything will go smoothly with the Armory team at the helm - they have running events down to a science. The entire space is so beautiful that you do not need to spend on decor - it is industrial but still warm and inviting. The lighting is perfect, the sound system is flawless, and their pulley system of curtains makes for a seamless and beautiful transition between ceremony to cocktail hour to reception. The lofted getting ready suite is enormous which was a huge plus: we are an LGBT couple so we had 2 brides and 20 other people eating brunch and getting ready together and we all fit. I am an event planner as my day job so I have high standards and a *lot* of opinions when it comes to events, and there's not a single thing I would have changed or done differently!

This was out wedding venue in March 2023 and couldn't recommend it more. The space is large yet inviting, and gives lots of options for setup to customize how you want it. The owners and hosts of the venue were extremely helpful in providing some recommendations for different vendors without being pushy. Overall could not recommend this place more, I think any couple would love this venue for their special day!

We recently had a business event at Hotel Bethlehem. The venue was beautiful. The staff provided amazing service during our event and they were very attentive to our guest needs. The Bellman Barry and one other Bellman were very helpful upon arrival. They also made it easy to enter the hotel for one of our guest in a wheelchair. We had food stations and they were setup with great detail and the meal was delicious! Everyone commented that the food was on point perfect. This comment also came from 3 Chefs that were in the room as guest. Our bartender Steve also made the event special helping serve our guest themed drinks. Kathy our Sales Manager was extremely helpful with the entire process. She made everything run smoothly from the menu selections to the room layout. Our guest are still talking about this event weeks later! We truly appreciate the warm hospitality of all the hotel staff at Hotel Bethlehem.

I married my husband, Brandon, in late October this past year and we celebrated our Reception at the Wilbur Mansion with Rebecca Ciraco and Christy Jackson as our two right-hand people. Rebecca, our main contact at the Wilbur Mansion, was incredibly kind, patient, and fun to collaborate with. From the moment we met to sign the contract to the final menu selections weeks before the big day, Brandon and I loved working alongside her. Christy managed our event: she handled our signature drink, the linen colors, the layout, and any other little details at the venue. On the wedding day, Christy was the most consistent part of our reception. She made sure we were in the right places at the right times, she bustled my dress with safety pins (when we couldn’t find the little loops and buttons), she took care of talking to our DJ and communicating with staff for us, and she even made sure there was a plate of hors d’oeuvres at our sweetheart table so that we could eat after our photography session! She checked in on us throughout the event and she made the whole evening a BREEZE. Brandon and I are so incredibly thankful for Rebecca and Christy’s attention and help through our planning process and the event itself-- we truly felt so taken care of and carefree. The Wilbur Mansion is a STUNNING venue, but what truly makes it special is its team. Additionally, the Wilbur has so many beautiful places for photo ops, an excellent staff, and the food was OUTRAGEOUSLY DELICIOUS. Guests came up to me complimenting the hors d'oeuvres and meals all night at the Reception. Even now, months later, I still have friends recounting our wedding day and how wonderful the food was! Not only that, but hosting an event at the Wilbur Mansion was also a fair price. I can confidently recommend the Wilbur Mansion to anyone looking for an elegant backdrop for their event!

I have been performing weddings at Sayre Mansion since the 1990s. No matter the season or the couple, the weddings at Sayre are lovely, the couples well attended to by the staff and the facility, a graceful step back in time. Flowers, lawns, trees overlook Historic Bethlehem and beautifully decorated rooms make for a picturesque backdrop for photos, ceremonies and family reunions. The staff attends to whatever needs arise. The dining room is beautifully decorated with elegantly dressed tables. The food is outstanding. I highly recommend Sayre Mansion for weddings and vow renewals.

I am so happy we chose Bear Creek Mountain Resort as our wedding venue! Travis was our coordinator. He went above and beyond, answering extensive lists of questions and meeting with us several times to make sure everything was planned out perfectly before the big day. He always had a solution for our concerns and was able to accommodate all of our requests. The resort was gorgeous and I loved that we could hold our rehearsal dinner, welcome drinks, ceremony, reception, after party, and farewell breakfast, all on-site. They had plenty of rooms so the majority of our guests were able to stay at the resort. The food was delicious and the bartenders made all the drinks fresh (not from a pre-mixed dispenser). I can’t recommend Bear Creek Mountain Resort enough!

He stayed in frequent communication with us in the days and months leading up to our event to ensure that everything was in order. The team at Wind Creek was very accommodating and honored all of our special requests. Our guests could not stop raving about the food and about how beautiful the venue was. Seriously, Ashley is the best person to work with—she answers emails quickly and concisely, always providing the perfect amount of detail to make the planning process smooth and stress-free. We received so many compliments on how AMAZING the food was for our wedding, and we felt the same way during our tasting. Ashley and the chef, who I believe is her husband, go above and beyond to ensure the food quality is exceptional. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how beautiful the inside of the venue was! The building is absolutely stunning, and it provided the most gorgeous backdrop for our photos. One of my favorite moments was walking into the reception and seeing our family and friends all around the venue, especially upstairs on the second floor—it was such a cool, unique experience. The staff was incredibly helpful, and we are so grateful for their hard work. The pricing is also fantastic—it’s straightforward, includes so much, and is truly a great value for what you get. Even though we traveled from outside of Philadelphia, I’m originally from the Pittston area, and it was well worth the trip! I would absolutely book this venue again for future events if I’m having them in the area. We couldn’t recommend this venue enough. I held my wedding at the Cypress House on May 27th and I cannot use a better word to describe the day than "perfect". The Cypress House is a truly exceptional venue and it is even more gorgeous than the photos. We hosted our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception at the venue. I cannot tell how many times throughout our wedding day my husband and I were asked "how did you find this place?!" Not only is the venue stunning but the staff is nothing short of exceptional. The three sisters who run this venue take tremendous pride in this place and it shows. They were all easy to work with and were so accommodating of my busy schedule while planning my wedding. Courtney made coordinating all aspects of the venue easy and provided an excellent list of vendors which were AMAZING. Alexa added the most gorgeous designs and rentals that enhanced our day and made it feel like us. Chelsea provided some of the most stunning florals ever and transformed our ceremony flowers into a gorgeous sweetheart table. The staff that helped us on the day was also amazing and we laughed at many points because they are so organized and on top of things we felt like we had the secret service keeping our wedding day running smoothly! Finally our day of coordinator Chloe was so easy to work with and immediately felt like a friend helping us make the day run perfectly. I would book the Cypress House 1000 times over and I am so happy that I chose to have my wedding at this venue. I cannot thank the Cypress House and their team enough for the amazing day they provided us.

My partner and I can’t express enough how much we absolutely loved having Goggleworks as our wedding venue! We met during college in our art program, so being able to have our wedding day in an arts building surrounded by beautiful artwork was so special. Goggleworks was one of the first places I happened upon while browsing venues in the area and I knew it was the one right away. Margaret was an absolute dream to work with and took all of the stress out of wedding planning - she was always quick to answer any questions we had and was consistently so helpful and kind up to the day. The space at Goggleworks is so very exceptional and unique (we chose room 238 for our full event - the market lights and exposed brick are positively dreamy!), the perfect size for our smaller wedding (we had around 50 guests attend), and very affordable! We were also able to set up the day before which was perfect. Our guests absolutely loved the venue and could not stop raving about it - we loved that everyone was able to walk around the center in between our ceremony and reception to view the art exhibits. One attendee said it was the first time they’d purchased a souvenir at a wedding (referring to the gift shop!) This is truly a hidden beautiful gem of a venue - we wish we could do it all over again and I would give 1000 stars review if I could! We also appreciate as a queer couple that this venue was 100% LGBTQ friendly and we were so comfortable and grateful. We truly cannot recommend Goggleworks enough and especially the absolute rockstar that is Margaret! Thank you for making our day the most perfect it could be!!

Stokesay Castle is truly a dream venue, not just because of its breathtaking scenery, but because of its incredible staff. When we first toured the venue the manager, Luis, welcomed us like family. He took the time to explain all the packages available and even adjusted his recommendations to match our guest count, and never pushed us toward anything we didn’t need. He also shared helpful budget-friendly tips to make our day even more special and affordable. When we returned a second time for a renovation event, Luis remembered us instantly, greeting us with a big hug and even gave a personal tour, which expressed how much the staff genuinely care about their guests. Later, we had the pleasure of working with the new director, Dara, who went above and beyond to guide us through every step of the wedding-planning process. Whether it was through phone calls, emails, or in-person meetings, she made sure we had everything we needed. She was very polite and informative and always had a smile on her face. On our wedding day, she checked in with us multiple times throughout the day to ensure every detail went smooth and perfect. When talking about the food, all I have to say is it was absolutely phenomenal. Stokesay Castle’s menu offered a variety of delicious options, and while we had to narrow down our wedding-day menu, we also got to sample the rest at our rehearsal dinner the night before. Everything we tried was outstanding. The castle building itself is the perfect blend of modern elegance as well as old-time medieval appeal. It has stunning scenery, a beautiful outdoor ceremony area, snd spacious getting-ready rooms for both bride and groom. The gorgeous grand ballroom comfortably accommodated our 112 guests with room to spare, and it was everything we envisioned. Each time I visited Stokesay Castle I fell in love with it all over again, and that’s when I knew it was the place for us.
