“This team was incredible and easy to work with! We had a great experience from start to finish planning our menu, and they offered a ton of different meal options for us to choose from. They really paid attention to every detail we asked for, from the dessert table down to the food allergies that some of our guests had, and they made sure that on the big day, everyone left with full belly's and smiles on their faces. Our dessert table looked awesome with all of the different treats, and the late night snack was the cherry on top of the perfect day (the burger sliders and chicken sliders were incredible). Each of the team members was so kind, accommodating and professional on our wedding day. All of our guests also raved about the appetizers during cocktail hour. Could not recommend this company more. They are the real deal and are so professional, ensuring that you’ll have yummy food, great service and an all-around awesome time.”

From they very beginning, they were friendly, attentive, and incredibly organized. They took the time to meet with us on numerous occasions (both at their restaurant and at our venue) to make sure there were no missed details. They worked closely with us very early on to develop creative and elevated cocktail hour and dinner menus that our guests raved about afterwards - if you're looking for suggestions, the cheesy arancini balls were the clear favorite during cocktail hour, and the chicken satay bites (pictured) were a close second! The team was very careful to suggest ingredients and dishes that would help us lower costs without sacrificing quality, portion sizes, or gourmet touches. On the day of the wedding, they were extremely well-prepared, and their waitstaff were experienced and professional individuals. Early on during dinner service, they encountered some problems that were absolutely no fault of their own, and they pivoted with such care and precision that we didn't even know there were issues! It's clear they were incredibly far-sighted, and had a plan ready for every possible scenario. Caitlin, Soufiane, and Dmitrik truly went above and beyond to ensure our day was extra special. Our wedding was in our backyard and Bachettis, specifically our contact Aurora, did an awesome job answering our questions and helping us navigate how to do a backyard wedding. Bachettis was able to provide rentals such as linens, tables, a tent, and all the table wear that made doing the wedding in our backyard so easy. Aurora was very organized, quick to email back, and super helpful for all our dumb questions. Additionally the crew the day of the wedding did a fantastic job making the day run smoothly and the food was delicious!
