“We could not be happier with our experience with Original Weddings. Photography was one of our top priorities, and choosing their highest photography package was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. It was important to us to capture all the memories of the day, which is why we wanted full-day coverage and a second shooter. We are so glad we did. Nothing was missed. From different angles during the ceremony to candid guest reactions we did not get to see in the moment, every detail was captured, both big and small. The engagement shoot, which was included in our package, made such a difference. It helped us learn how to pose, allowed our photographer to get to know our personalities, and gave us the chance to be creative together. By the time the wedding day arrived, nothing felt awkward or forced. We felt completely comfortable and had a lot of fun. On the wedding day, Ashton gave gentle direction that felt natural, fun, and creative, while still allowing moments to unfold organically. Our second shooter, Solomon, was equally wonderful. He was creative, personable, and a joy to be around. We truly felt the love and care that both Ashton and Solomon put into their craft. We also chose to receive our photos in all three editing styles they offer, along with black and white images, which gave us so much variety and made the gallery feel incredibly thoughtful and complete. Even more impressive, we received our full gallery back in just four weeks. Getting our photos back so quickly made the experience even more meaningful. It allowed us to share them with my husband’s grandmother before she passed away, which is something we will always be grateful for. We have friends who were married a month before us and are still waiting on their photos, so this level of care and turnaround truly stood out. Looking through our photos feels like reliving the day with our favorite people, all the love, joy, and emotion captured so beautifully. “We can not recommend IG PHOTO VIDEO INC enough. We had Tetyana and Egidijus as our photographers and Irad as our videographer. We also were in contact with Ivan. He was extremely communicative throughout the entire process. From introducing us to Tetyana, Egidijus and Irad, How the process would happen from start to finish to getting our photos and videos back. The photos and video blew us out of the water. We are so in awe of the work and quality they put into our day. They were truly the best to work with from start to finish. The only thing is we have so many pictures I can not choose a favorite. (But that's a great problem to have) They truly captured my husband and I in our photos and videos and we are so blessed we came across their page. This company is 100 percent worth the money and we wouldn't have changed a single thing. You guys were amazing in person and in your work! You can definitely tell they love what they do by the work they produce. Our photographer was Florin and he was amazing!!! Attentive, respectful, honest and personable. He made our experience so easy and we did not worry about capturing every important morning of our day. He posed us in creative ways while also taking traditional shots, made sure we had enough photos with everyone we wanted to take it with (we had a group of friends/family with us), and he made suggestions that we ended up loving as far as location/poses. The quality of the photos is very clear and high quality! We enjoyed the filters and editing that was done as well; it was not overdone. “Hiring Eivan’s for our wedding was a great decision! Our photographer Gregory I was professional and FUN! He kept us smiling throughout the day with his quirky personality! My fiancé does not care for photos so I’m happy we had someone working with us who could make him comfortable. He made sure to get multiple images even if it was just “one more”, it was never one more! We had actually hired a different photographer and we replaced him with this company. Worth the stress and money! If I had any tips for the company, it would be to have your photographers give a 30 minute warning before their contracted time is up. Weddings are so busy for the bride and groom, it is very easy to lose track of time. I think clients would appreciate a little heads up just so they can try and capture any photos they may have missed. Other than that, I have ZERO complaints. “Julia was amazing! We were both nervous about getting photographed, but she made everything so easy. We first did an engagement shoot with her at Fabyan Forest Preserve in Geneva, IL, which is one of the places she recommended. During the shoot, she was very encouraging and upbeat, gave us a lot of pose ideas and options to find what felt natural to us, and really guided us through the whole thing! She was also flexible with us about going to another location nearby to take shots near where we got engaged. The photos we got from the shoot were faster than promised and we loved them all! After a great experience with our engagement shoot, we were excited for the wedding day. Before the big day, we met together to plan out how the day would go so she was aware of everything in our schedule and vision. She was very conscious about how important the photographer is in how the day goes for the couple and wanted to make it as smooth as possible for us. On the wedding day, she came over to our house for getting ready photos and had so many great ideas for how to capture everything. She was also joined by Francia who was just the sweetest and took film photography which came out so beautiful and artistic which was a touch we really loved! They were so kind to include our 10-year-old niece in some of their early test shots, which she was thrilled about. After the getting ready photos, we went to Peck Farm Park (another recommendation by Julia) to take some couple shots and family portraits. Her and Francia both continued to show up with great pose recommendations and a lot of moving shot pictures which turned out magical looking! We threw a lot at them with our long list of family/friend group pictures, but they were great at keeping up with it to get all the different combinations we wanted within schedule. After the main picture session, we headed to our venue, and they worked well with our small, intimate setup and captured all the best moments of our ceremony. After the ceremony, we walked through downtown Geneva on our way to our dinner location and they found some perfect spots for some final couple shots that also highlighted the feel of the area, which we love! Finally, we ended with some pictures during our dinner / small reception.. Throughout our wedding day, our families made comments to us several times about how great the photographers were, how much they loved working with them throughout the day, and how excited they were to see all the photos. Our whole album turned out truly amazing. We had a great experience working with Julia and Francia and can’t imagine having anyone else there to capture our day! TL;DR: Julia and Francia are amazing. Work with them if you want someone who has great ideas for different shots, makes phototaking feel comfortable and enjoyable, and delivers great work!”
