Constructed in 1932, this vintage barn oversees 12+ acres of native grasslands – a rich habitat for wildflowers, birds and butterflies – and a historic farmhouse built in the 1750s by a second-generation Quaker farmer. The property is also home to Pinelands Preservation Alliance, whose mission is to protect the natural resources, history and culture of this unique region. In 2017, the Alliance transformed the barn into a great gathering place. The recently completed renovation brings contemporary comfort and energy efficiency to a setting that still retains its authentic character. When my fiancé and I were trying to decide which venue style we wanted to do go with, all we knew is that we didn’t want the typical Jersey ballroom. We wanted something that was going to make a statement and was elevated, yet had a relaxed. We decided that a rustic barn was just our style. Bishop Farmstead was just that. The beautiful chandelier, wooden tables and scenic gardens were everything we were looking for. As we discussed pricing and packages, everything was reasonable and you get a great bang for your buck. The event staff have been so amazing and great with communication. We get married in 2 months and I’m so excited to see all of our hard work come together.

Everyone involved in planning our wedding at The Nassau Inn was so sweet. (Shout-out in particular to Michelle Lawrence, who coordinated everything!) My husband and I were thrilled with the Princeton Marriott At Forrestal for our wedding venue. Overall, their communication was great - there were a few delays early on, but as we got within 2-3 weeks of the wedding, they were on top of everything and made sure we had all the information we needed. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, and they gave us the flexibility to make the space our own. The wedding coordinator and event manager went above and beyond to ensure our special day was perfect - I didn't have to worry about a single thing on the day of the wedding, as they took care of every last detail. Hotel Du Village was a beautiful wedding venue. The staff was responsive to our all questions, feedback, and inquiries during the planning process. The venue itself was stunning, with a lovely outdoor space and elegant ballroom that made for a wonderful wedding celebration. Our guests were very happy. We also lucked out with beautiful springtime weather. Heather was great to work with - try to work with her! The hotel rooms, especially the non-suite options, were a bit on the smaller side. Overall, I would recommend Hotel Du Village as a great choice for couples looking for a beautiful and memorable wedding location.

I truly don’t know how anyone gets married anywhere other than HollyHedge. From the Inn, to the scenery, to the staff, it can’t be beat. All our guests couldn’t stop saying how amazing it was to stay on property. And having the after party there was the icing on top of the cake! The top two compliments we got on our wedding were: 1) “that was the best wedding food I’ve ever had” and 2) “this is a beautiful setting”. As the bride and groom, Gabbi, Michele, and Michael are lifesavers. They make wedding planning easy and straightforward, and the actually wedding day is a breeze because everything is handled before you ever knew there was even an issue. We held our wedding reception at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel in November 2024 as well as hosted our wedding room block. We'd highly recommend for both! We have nothing but absolutely positive things to say about Andreea Denes with catering. We've worked with Andreea for about a year and a half now and she feels like family! Andreea is both professional and personable and ensured we knew all our options for a reception at the Loews. Andreea helped us take advantage of all the amazing event spaces the Loews has to offer (cocktail hour on the 33rd floor, reception in the Millennium Hall, after party in Bank & Bourbon) as well as created a custom package for our reception and cocktail hour that reflected everything we could have wanted. Maria and Lena with the room reservation teams were so wonderful to work with, taking amazing care of our families and accommodating all our changes and requests. The entire Loews staff (catering, concierge, front desk, etc) was absolutely wonderful during our stay. Our guests are still commenting on the exceptional service. About a third of our wedding guests stayed at the Loews and expressed it was the perfect location to spend the weekend exploring Philadelphia.

The Hotel Palomar went above and beyond for our wedding weekend in the spring. We had our rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, and morning after brunch as well as our room block at the hotel. The even coordinator, Erin S. and the entire team involved went above and beyond every step of the way. Five months before our wedding, I had to have major surgery and quarantine for two – three months after. I was unable to attend our food tasting but my fiancé and both sets of parents went on my behalf. Erin was not only understanding but supportive as my own family and friends were – checking in and celebrating with me after the surgery. When the tasting came, the chef sent home full-sized portions for me to try at home. This was in addition to the full-sized ones my family tried as well. The entire staff was there to answer any questions from me or our family. We had several dietary restrictions which Erin coordinated with the chef on our behalf to make sure those guests were included without having to worry. We had a memorial table as well as several things to be set out (guest book, favors, name cards, etc.). I gave all these items to the team and it was fully taken care of for me and they even knew which favors were to be for gluten free guests. Erin provided a list of pre-approved vendors they had worked with before (we didn’t have to use these) and we ended up using a lot of them. Erin coordinated with them directly as needed, photography locations for if it rained and DJ timeline. Due to the top tier efforts of the entire hotel, we were AHEAD of schedule the entire weekend which really allowed everyone to be fully present. My bridal party and I were in the suite for preparations and they continued to go above and beyond. We had a team member bring us our food and coffee order and he was so accommodating. He brought iced coffee when I mentioned that’s my preferences and we talked about our pets since I had my dog with me (as did several of our guests). Our guests were also well taken care of – from unpacking cars for their stays to helping our vendors get to their locations. I would sit here and list every name of every person that I felt were stars but honestly, it was the entire team. Everyone I encountered the whole time was a five star person. I cannot recommend this location enough for any occasion including just a regular weekend stay in Philadelphia.

The Warwick Hotel is an historic Philadelphia landmark that combines both an incredible location right off of Rittenhouse Square and picturesque architecture and design making it an ideal spot of weddings and other events. David Lyons, the Banquet Manager, is the definition of "not all heroes wear capes." Our story is unique in that our original wedding venue flooded three days before our party. In a frenzy, we called every venue we could find. When my wife spoke with David, he was calm and collected, got our information, and promptly looked into hosting our event. When he called us back saying it was possible, we went to see the space. He put together an estimate before we arrived and we signed on the spot after a brief tour. David has tons of experience with weddings and events and his confidence to put on our party in such a short turn around gave us the calm we needed to enjoy our special day. He even matched a lot of the original food options we were offering at our original venue. The landmarks nearby offer a variety of nice backdrops not to mention the space itself for fun photos. The main ballroom is a great size for a large band, great size dance floor, food stations or a sit down meal and a large guest list. As the bride and groom we were also given a complimentary stay in the presidential suite! A much needed rest after the stress and excitement leading up to our event. We had an emergency and David put out the fire and went above and beyond to make our event run smoothly. I can't say thank you enough to David and the staff at the Warwick for saving our wedding party!

Megan, the director, is an absolutely dream to work with. quick responses, explains everything clearly, a sweetheart. Hotel is super clean, the food is amazing and the staff were lovely. The Maitre De went missing a lot throughout the day, to the point where my uncle had to find her whenever i needed. They set up & cleaned everything up for us which was lovely. the hotel bar stayed open late (sunday wedding) but you couldn’t make it private. so you had people at the bar trying to add to an open tab. you get a room block, the director of rooms Rebecca is very easy to work with as well. the outdoor ceremony space is gorgeous!!! If you’re thinking about booking The Atlantis Ballroom as your venue, DO IT!!!! I literally cannot recommend them enough. LONG story short, we were two days away from our wedding and got a call our venue could no longer accommodate us. Realizing we had no time to panic and had to figure something out, my (now) husband suggested that we check out the Atlantis Ballroom because he’s been to several events there and they had always been nice. Not only were they able to make an entire wedding happen in just TWO DAYS notice, but they went above and beyond! Everyone we dealt with was so friendly. The food was AMAZING. Our cake was so cute! Literally everything was better than perfection. They had a huge supply of decorations/colors/etc. that we were able to pick for them to use to decorate the ballroom and for the cocktail hour. They also used some of our own stuff at our request since I already worked so hard on it. They were able to accommodate every single person who had a dietary restriction (keto, GF, allergies). We got married 3 months ago and every time I see anyone that was at our wedding, they rave about how it was the best and most fun wedding they ever went to! We wouldn’t have been able to do it without Jen and everyone else at The Atlantis Ballroom. There’s no way you’ll be disappointed in your choice by going with The Atlantis Ballroom for any of your events! I know I’ll definitely host any of my events there and I recommend to everyone I know. The Shore Club was a cost-effective choice for our wedding venue. The communication with their event coordinator was direct, easy and quick, making planning straightforward. While the venue itself is dated with a basic design, we felt it was a good value for the price. The simple layout allowed us to decorate the space and make it our own for the big day. Guests commented that they enjoyed the food. We had about 170 people in their large ballroom and it was packed. I wouldn’t recommended for parties closer to 200, unless able to max out all tables at 10-12 guests. For couples looking for an affordable venue option without too many frills, The Shore Club offers convenience and practicality.

General Warren was incredible, helpful, communicative, accommodating, and in all ways wonderful to work with. The space was beautiful, the food was delicious, drinks were lovely, the staff were so friendly and attentive. Their event manager Patrick was amazing, he made sure everything was perfect and that all our guests were satisfied. My husband is gluten free and they went above and beyond to communicate the options and make sure that his dining experience was safe without inconveniencing or restricting the rest of our party. All in all an incredible experience, I can’t recommend them highly enough! We also spent the night in one of their rooms and it was lovely, their hospitality manager was so sweet.

We had our wedding at The Loft At Landis Creek in June and it was the perfect venue. Their staff, especially Nicholas and Kelly, were incredibly helpful, professional, and accommodating throughout the planning process. They responded to all our questions quickly and with thoughtful suggestions. On our actual wedding day, which broke local heat records for June, the venue staff went above and beyond to keep our guests as comfortable as possible by providing extra fans, hanging curtains over the windows prior to the ceremony to block the sun, and adjusting the A/C. The food was delicious and served promptly. The venue space itself is gorgeous with an indoor/outdoor layout that provides flexibility. Overall, working with The Loft was a terrific value and they made the entire wedding planning process smooth and stress-free by taking care of the set up, tear down, and all the behind-the-scenes work that goes into orchestrating such a special day.
