Our mission at the Crane & Pelican is to provide our guests with the highest quality, full service, fine-dining experience, in our beautiful & historic location, The Dawley House. Proudly serving the Quad Cities since 2009, we are family-owned & operated, women-owned, & LGBT-owned. We opened the Crane & Pelican Cafe in 2009. Our vision was to make real handcrafted food, with a full-service top-shelf bar, in this beautiful location. Any changes we have made to the property have been to restore it to its original glory. We added live Jazz in 2021 and we look forward to making some amazing new memories here at the Dawley house.

The Wagner House, located in the historic Wagner Print Building, is a three-story industrial warehouse in downtown Freeport, Illinois. The building was built in 1903 and was one of the first buildings that had electricity in Freeport. Established in 1853 and incorporated on March 9, 1912, the Wagner Building was home to the German-born Wagner Family who, like Freeport, has a long and interesting history. The Wagner House also served as an industrial manufacturing spot for textiles and fashion. For four generations, the business did not change hands, and the present Wagner company pledged to continue their record of quality printing and letterpress and are still in business today. In 2013, The Wagner building was sold to Bill Green to redevelop and re-imagine it, creating a wine bar, business incubator, and beautiful event space.

Located in the iconic Smulekoff's building in downtown Cedar Rapids, Eastbank is unlike any other urban venue throughout Eastern Iowa. This space uniquely integrates a modern sophistication while taking full advantage of the timeless classic elements only found in historical preservation. The August Hill Winery Tasting Room is the perfect place to host your next event. Three areas of our Tasting Room are available after business hours to host your private party. Guests can mix and mingle in the Tasting Bar, be seated comfortably in the elegant Lounge (open to guests 21 and over), or enjoy the sunshine (or be sheltered from the elements) on our three-season Patio. Our patio is also available for private events during business hours. We can happily accommodate your small party (10-20 people) during business hours on our three-season Patio or in our beautifully contemporary Lounge.

It’s also home to our hops and barley farm, whose crop we use to create our authentic Farm to Foam beers. Our beautiful historical building is located in the Millwork Historical District in Dubuque, Ia. We are the oldest city in the State of Iowa. We offer two different ballrooms. Our smaller one, the Junior, holds up to 175 for a ceremony & 125 for a reception. Our Grand Ballroom holds up to 450 guests. We have shopping, bars, restaurants, an arcade, a courtyard with a megatron tv and a Comedy Bar. There are lots to do in and outside of our building in our district. The Vault at Reserve Artisan Ales is Galesburg’s premier wedding and event venue. Located centrally between Peoria, Quad Cities, and Burlington.
