“I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but after my experience with Maison D Events and Hospitality, I felt like they truly deserved one. From the first conversation all the way through the end of the event, everything was handled with so much professionalism, care, and attention to detail. Planning an event can be stressful, especially when you’re trying to make sure the food, setup, timing, and overall experience come together the way you imagined. The team at Maison D made the entire process feel so much easier. They listened to what we wanted, communicated with us throughout the process, and were very accommodating when it came to the little details that mattered to us. The food was honestly one of the highlights of the event. Everything tasted fresh, was seasoned really well, and the presentation was beautiful. Our guests kept talking about how good the food was, and several people even asked who catered the event. The portions were great, everything came out looking professional, and you could tell that they actually take pride in what they serve. What impressed me just as much as the food was the service. The staff was friendly, respectful, attentive, and professional without making things feel stiff or overly formal. They made sure our guests were taken care of and handled things behind the scenes without us having to constantly check in or worry about what was happening next. That allowed us to actually enjoy the event instead of spending the entire time trying to manage everything. There were also little touches throughout the event that showed they genuinely cared about the experience and weren’t just there to provide food and leave. That type of hospitality is hard to find. Overall, we had a really great experience with Maison D Events and Hospitality. If you’re planning a wedding, birthday, corporate event, private dinner, or any special occasion and want a team that cares about the details, provides great food, and treats your guests well, I would definitely recommend them. “Above All Catering was amazing in making our wedding special, and a large part of this was thanks to Alicia. She was communicative and responsive throughout our entire planning process. The whole team was kind in taking time to answer any of our questions at any time. The tasting experience was very pleasant, we loved all the food (they let us take the rest home). On the day of, their service was professional and smooth, their team did an amazing job leading the buffet station. Our guests made several comments throughout the night about how much they enjoyed the mushroom fajitas, they were so tasty! We also specially requested horchata and agua de jamaica which were wonderful beverage additions loved by many of our guests. Above All Catering was recommended as a preferred vendor by our venue and remained the only catering option that was explicitly accommodating of a fully vegetarian/vegan menu as well as many dietary restrictions for our guests (gluten free and nut free options) which was extremely important to us. We're grateful for their part in our special day!”

From start to finish, everything was flawless. They took time to understand our vision and executed it with perfection. The night began with appetizers that included lemon-poached shrimp that were perfectly tender, light, and bursting with citrusy flavor. The stuffed mushrooms with pecorino and panko gave them a savory crunch that made them addictive, and the charcuterie skewers were colorful, delicious, and creative. But it didn't stop there. The Italian focus of the menu was nothing short of spectacular. The meatballs were unforgettable and seasoned in a way that had even the Italians in the room nodding with approval. Several guests commented that they were the best meatballs they'd ever tasted. The rigatoni with Bolognese sauce was rich, hearty and layered with authentic flavor, and the chicken cutlets with lemon and Parmesan were both stars of the evening-- so delicious that guests were going back for seconds (and thirds). To finish the night, dessert was a sweet surprise of tiramisu with whipped mascarpone and aginetti sprinkle cookies. Star Valley Foods delivered more than just a meal; they created an experience that elevated our celebration and left every one of our guests raving. Most importantly, the people behind this company are as professional as they are kind- genuinely sweet, attentive, and caring in a way that made us feel special and celebrated right alongside our guests.
