We keep looking for excuses to have Silver Spoon cater another event - their personal chef experience is one we can't wait to enjoy all over again. Our guests are still raving about the food, especially the homemade vital wheat gluten roulade with butternut squash velouté that Chef Mark prepared just for our plant-based guests.
