“Manis & Co. absolutely exceeded our expectations at my daughter’s wedding reception and played a huge role in making the day such a success. One of our biggest concerns when planning the reception was ensuring that guests with food allergies would have safe and delicious meal options. Manis & Co. handled this flawlessly. Our guests with dietary restrictions were able to enjoy both the appetizers and dinner with confidence, which meant so much to our family. The food presentation was inviting and reflected the same level of care and attention to detail that went into the menu itself. The staff was professional, friendly, and accommodating throughout the entire event, ensuring that guests felt well taken care of from start to finish. During our final planning meeting about 30 days before the wedding, Kristen confidently told us that they had never run out of food. We joked that our guest list might put that claim to the test! Our venue did not have a kitchen, making a buffet our only option, and we initially had concerns about how it would compare to a plated meal. Manis & Co. completely changed our perspective.
