“WOW. Blackstone is AMAZING and we had an incredible experience with them as our wedding caterer. From our first conversation through the wedding day, the team was professional, responsive, and attentive to every detail. We worked with Gina and she was incredible! She explained everything thoroughly, helped us pick an amazing menu, and also coordinated all of the rentals for the day. They were really accommodating to any needs and their menus are all super customizable. Her attention to detail and expertise made the planning process stress-free and helped make our day so memorable. We couldn’t have done it without her! The food was absolutely incredible, guests are still talking about it! Each dish was served hot and was beautifully presented. The entire day of staff was amazing and provided seamless service throughout the evening. They even had a dedicated server (Mason was amazing!) to bring us food and drinks which helped us fully enjoy the celebration. We highly recommend Blackstone to any couple looking for exceptional food and outstanding service for their special day!”

“We loved our experience with Island Time. Our guests raved about the food, which is what matters, but on top of that, the drinks were amazing, and the staff was incredible and so kind. They did end up being about a half-hour later than we initially agreed upon, and one of our upgrades as far as a second choice for meals was forgotten, but once we reached out about it, they responded immediately, and we were refunded right away. Even with this, I would not hesitate to book them again for any future function.”

“About 5-6 months before our wedding, our original caterer re-quoted our pricing that I had signed over a year ago and it had increased by almost 15k! I was so distraught and stressed, as you can imagine. Luckily I found Soraya through a Facebook wedding group after I had asked for a second opinion. SHE SAVED MY WEDDING DAY. My husband and I are Cambodian and Chinese and trying to find any upscale asian caterer in the NorthShore was darn near impossible. I had my heart set on an upscale multi-course asian banquet menu. We ended up with 10 courses! Soraya made it happen and all the food was made on site at our venue in Peabody (the Olio). Our guests could not stop raving about how delicious everything was! To think I almost went with drop catering as I thought that was my only option. Thank goodness I found Soraya! As anyone who has ever thrown a big event knows, the food will make or break an event. And Soraya's food MADE our wedding a huge success. Soraya made sure fried foods were crispy, hot foods were HOT, and each table service was flawlessly delivered. Even our foodie families were happy with the food and were so surprised at how authentic everything tasted. We had menu items that were Chinese and Cambodian. I would hire Soraya and her team again, and again, and again. She kept me at ease and made sure everything was flawlessly executed. THANK YOU again for everything Soraya. You have mine and my families deepest appreciation.”
