“We loved our experience with Island Time. Our guests raved about the food, which is what matters, but on top of that, the drinks were amazing, and the staff was incredible and so kind. They did end up being about a half-hour later than we initially agreed upon, and one of our upgrades as far as a second choice for meals was forgotten, but once we reached out about it, they responded immediately, and we were refunded right away. Even with this, I would not hesitate to book them again for any future function.”

She really understood what was needed to combine both Turkish and American style foods, and was very conscious of what would work for our crowd and what wouldn’t. Soraya was able to answer questions I didn’t even know I had, and we were able to confidently hand everything over to her so that we were fully present during our special day. When I tell you the guests could NOT stop talking about the food, they could not stop raving about it all! Everything was so delicious! Not only did she do an amazing job with the food but it was truly a full service experience! She handled everything from the decorations, set up, linens, and breakdown!
