Bixby + Pine

5.0

Kingston, WA
  • Starts at $150 per arrangement

Bixby + Pine began in 2014 officially, but unofficially YEARS before that as three best friends planned everything with intense detail--birthday parties, carnivals, talent shows, and everything in between. B+P couples are people who value experiences and relationships, above all else.

Awarded Best of Zola
Thanks to the amazing ladies at Bixby Pine, our dream forest wedding on our future property became a reality! Wedding planning is hard, stressful, and can be oh-so daunting but we knew we were in the best of hands with Taylor and Jordan. I had been following their Instagram account for many years and what I appreciated about Bixby Pine is that no wedding is alike. They take the time to get to know you as a couple, come up with beautiful designs for your special day, and then execute the vision so beautifully that you can’t believe this is YOUR wedding. You won’t regret a second making the investment with Bixby Pine, they handle all the coordinating with vendors, design, logistics, set-up, and clean-up so that you and your family can enjoy your wedding like you should be able to – carefree. Communication at times can be slower than the anxious bride would like but we knew we weren’t the only wedding they were planning (plus, they didn’t mind the random emails I would send off whenever they arose!). Thank you, Tay & Jordan, for creating the most magical wedding day we could have ever dreamt of!

    Awarded Best of Zola
Working with the women of Space Lotus Floral Collective was a true game-changer for our wedding! Natalie and Jules provided bouquets, boutonnieres, ceremony alter pieces, aisle décor and a bridal hair piece using both fresh and dried flowers. Our wedding would not have been nearly as beautiful without their professional services and jaw-dropping floral arrangements. From the get-go, working with Natalie and Jules was a collaborative and creative effort. They listened to my ideas and helped elevate them above what I could've imagined on my own. I was even able to visit their studio and walk through the flower fields as part of the planning process to help really nail down a vision for the big day. On the day of our wedding, Natalie and Jules were accommodating and flexible and the ultimate team players. They made our ceremony space come to life with dreamy, fall-inspired flowers, greenery and unexpected natural elements that left the arrangements feeling both really impactful yet totally organic - something only Space Lotus could produce!!

Flower Moxie – Do-It-Yourself Wedding Flowers

      5.0

      Oklahoma City, OK
      • Serves Poulsbo, WA

In 2013, 8-year wedding veteran Amy McCord Jones realizes she wouldn't be able to afford to hire her own floral services if she was a bride. Then, Amy discovers that there is basically zero help available for DIY brides. No flower recipes. No instructions. No access to florist-grade blooms. Rude. So she launches Flower Moxie! Flower Moxie remains a humble, tucked-away small business out of Oklahoma City. We don’t zoom around on scooters in some fancy high-rise. We stock an average kitchen with canned wine and Aldi chips and listen to true crime podcasts while photographing curvy ranunculus. Join us. There’s cake, hugs, and acceptance here.

      Awarded Best of Zola
I decided to DIY my wedding flowers. It started off a little rocky as Flower Moxie had not mentioned that your cargo might go through surprise inspections. I had to go to the airline cargo twice as I got unlucky with the inspection. I understand that this isn't Flower Moxie's fault, but I thought it would have been good for them to mention in their very detailed explanation of the cargo pickup. When I picked up the flowers, I noticed 12 stems were missing and one bunch of flowers were moldy. It was after hours and I sent them a message. The morning after, they gave me a called and took care of it right away. They gave me the option for replacements or a refund. I decided to go with the refund just in case it didn't show up on time. Overall, I really appreciated their fast communication and work around. My refund came in two days. Everyone loved the flowers at the wedding and they were surprised that it was a DIY! Best word of advice is to find someone you trust to deliver them for you. Other than that, Flower Moxie's videos and tutorials were so helpful, make sure to watch them! They are also very entertaining to watch.

      The Faux Bouquets

      5.0

      Redlands, CA
      • Starts at $175
      • Serves Poulsbo, WA

Believe it or not, we often have people ask if our pictures throughout our website are showing a mix of fresh and faux and…no they aren’t! Although fresh florals are pretty, we are totally in love with poser-blooms all the way here and that’s what we design 100% of our orders with.

      Awarded Best of Zola
I chose to do the artificial floral rentals using the lovely lush package and picked the garden vibrance suite. I also added on some other items like the micro floral spray and the mini toss. These items really helped round out my reception. Using the rentals was perfect for me as I knew I simply did not want to have to put in a ton of time assembling floral arrangements and I didn’t have to worry about keeping them/giving them away. They also reached out to see more what I wanted in my keepsake bouquet and boutonnière where I was able to personalize and add succulents! After the ceremony and reception, I received many compliments on how well done the flowers were.

I loved working with Kaleigh and Jeff for my wedding. They are incredibly professional, and reliable, and brought the loveliest flowers from their own garden! We had a geometrical marigold altarpiece that they helped install, which was no small undertaking. They are receptive to a challenge and can see your vision through. Big fan of Honey Water Flowers over here :)

I gave Sam at Moonflower Design some notes about the color palette and vibe I was going for and boy did she come through! I was relying heavily on florals without too much other decorations and the floral arrangements she made truly transformed my backyard into a gorgeous venue. She dressed up an arch we’d made with greenery and flowers that looked absolutely stunning. Not only was the end result top notch, but she was very responsive and so easy to work with. Highly highly recommend!

Not only is Katie a talented florist, but she is such a kind person to work with. A LA CHLOE

      5.0

      Seattle, WA
      • Starts at $4,500
      • Serves Poulsbo, WA

After working eight years in New York City within the fashion industry, I decided to develop one of my childhood passions, art. Since I was a child, I viewed the world through an artist’s eye with an especially adoring love for floral design. Colors and textures - even the way they move. All of this comes together to tell my clients' unique story through floral design. To me, nothing is more fulfilling than starting with a blank canvas, bringing together just the right pieces, and letting the visual narrative flow on its own.

      Awarded Best of Zola
Chloe is amazing!! You must hire her. Not only is her design work top notch, she really went above and beyond to make my floral dreams come true. My budget was not huge but I had a very specific vision and she did everything she could to work with me. She is super responsive and friendly (and professional!) which made planning so easy and pleasant. I cannot recommend her more if you're looking for a wedding florist in the area.
