Awarded Best of Zola
“We loved using Something Borrowed Blooms for our wedding flowers. We used them for my bridal bouquet, bridesmaid bouquets, and extra flower bunches to decorate around our venue, and everything turned out beautifully. I even purchased my bridal bouquet so I could display it forever, and it still looks just as stunning. Everyone kept commenting on how realistic and well put together the flowers looked, even more so than some real flower arrangements we’ve seen. It was such a relief not to have to worry about keeping anything in water or paying the high price of fresh florals. The flowers arrived at our venue a few days early, and the return process afterward was incredibly easy. I would recommend Something Borrowed Blooms to any bride who wants a beautiful, stress-free floral option!”

Flower Moxie – Do-It-Yourself Wedding Flowers
Rating: 4.9 (104 reviews)
  • Starts at $350
  • Serves Potter Valley, CA

In 2013, 8-year wedding veteran Amy McCord Jones realizes she wouldn't be able to afford to hire her own floral services if she was a bride. Then, Amy discovers that there is basically zero help available for DIY brides. No flower recipes. No instructions. No access to florist-grade blooms. Rude. So she launches Flower Moxie! Flower Moxie remains a humble, tucked-away small business out of Oklahoma City. We don’t zoom around on scooters in some fancy high-rise. We stock an average kitchen with canned wine and Aldi chips and listen to true crime podcasts while photographing curvy ranunculus. Join us. There’s cake, hugs, and acceptance here.

Awarded Best of Zola
“Flower Moxie provided great options for access to specialty flowers to utilize at my wedding. With great communication following floral delivery, and provided further instructions to ensure preservation of the roses at delivery. I was stunned with how well the roses lasted from being delivered 2 days prior to the wedding and lasting for 2-4 days following the wedding. Blue Delphinium was the least impressive, and I was not pleased. Sad. Wilting and unable to hydrate. I was not impressed. I ordered: Orange Free Spirit Garden Roses (50 Stems, 3.60/stem) and Light Blue Delphinium (50 Stems, 3.00/stem) and spent 354.”

The Faux Bouquets
Rating: 5.0 (43 reviews)
  • Serves Potter Valley, CA

Believe it or not, we often have people ask if our pictures throughout our website are showing a mix of fresh and faux and…no they aren’t! Although fresh florals are pretty, we are totally in love with poser-blooms all the way here and that’s what we design 100% of our orders with.

Awarded Best of Zola
“Holy moly!! Working with Brittany at The Faux Bouquets was a breeze, and our flowers looked remarkable -- and real! Nobody even believed me that the flowers were silk because they looked so legit. I would highly recommend her for any future events. And the best part is that we were able to repurpose the flowers seamlessly from ceremony to reception!”

I've made it my mission to hunt these jokers down, wrangle them together, and to serve to you dead off the proverbial platter. In these post-apocalyptic times, the zombie flowers make for excellent mantle trophies, but some have said they make awesome wedding bouquets. Whatever your cup of tea, these zombie flowers are one of a kind prepared just for you.

Empress Floral Co
Rating: 5.0 (2 reviews)
  • Starts at $5,000
  • Serves Potter Valley, CA

Empress Floral Co. is a San Francisco-based wedding and event floral design studio. The name comes from the Empress tarot card, which stands for abundance, beauty, and the nurturing power of nature. These values inspire everything I do, both in life and in my work. What makes Empress Floral Co. special is a strong commitment to sustainability and supporting local flower farmers. Every bouquet, arrangement, and installation is carefully crafted with 100% sustainable materials. My goal is to celebrate nature’s beauty while also caring for the planet.

“Working with Empress Floral Co (and Zaddy Blooms) was one of the absolute highlights of our wedding planning experience. From the very first conversation, it was clear that we were in the hands of *artists* who understood how to translate atmosphere, identity, and emotion into flowers. What impressed us most was their creativity and imagination. We came to them with a non-traditional concept involving otherworldly-inspired, foliage-forward floral environments, and they did not just embrace the idea — they elevated it. Early in the process, they provided detailed conceptual drawings that felt like something out of a design studio. Those illustrations guided the vision and ended up matching almost perfectly with what we saw on our wedding day. The transformation from sketch to installation was magical. Beyond their artistry, Empress Floral Co was professional, communicative, and wonderfully collaborative. They listened closely to our ideas, helped us value engineer to fit our budget, offered inspired suggestions, and ensured that every arrangement felt intentional and personal. Their work was lush, sustainable, textural, and unlike anything we or our guests had ever seen. As a queer couple, it also meant the world to us that both teams were enthusiastically LGBTQ affirming. We always felt welcomed, understood, and celebrated throughout the process, and that spirit of inclusivity came through in every interaction. If you are looking for florists who think beyond traditional arrangements, and who can take a wild idea, dream it bigger, and bring it to life with breathtaking precision, look no further. We cannot recommend Empress Floral Co highly enough!! They did not just design our flowers, they created a UNIVERSE.”
