I am Susan Turner, Marriage Officiant appointed by the Circuit Court Judge of Isle of Wight County in 2008 to perform marriages in the Commonwealth of Virginia. My daughter, Vicki Turner is my partner in Wedding Officiants of Coastal Virginia and now performs the majority of the weddings. We both love meeting new people, providing a level of service that is unsurpassed in Virginia. Beach weddings are a specialty and we are on the preferred vendor list of many venues as well.
