Once hosted our 30-person rehearsal dinner, and it was the perfect way to start our wedding weekend! Almost the entire group was visiting from out of town, and we wanted them to be able to experience a bit of fall in the Finger Lakes. Once provided the perfect setting - elegant, yet casual and intimate, with stunning views of the lake and fall colors. The events team was very involved and organized from the start of planning, guiding us through each decision and providing great suggestions. They helped us curate a wine and beer menu that appealed to everyone, and the food, done by Simply Red, was amazing. I would highly recommend hosting your wedding or rehearsal at Once - not only is the setting beautiful, but all of the staff are professional and kind, and will help you bring your vision to life!

We could not have asked for a better wedding experience than the one we had here! From the second we met Mandy and Greg (the owners) and then toured the property, we were hooked. They are so experienced in the wedding industry and made our vision of our big day a reality. One of the best parts of our wedding weekend was the all-inclusive nature of the property. We got access starting Friday and had the venue all the way until Sunday. This allowed us to bring our decorations and start setup without last minute stress. The night before we had our ceremony rehearsal and then held a bonfire for our guests. The morning of we used their onsite cabins to get ready, and then took some of the most breathtaking photos. You can tell just how much thought that they put into making the landscape beautiful, with endless flowers. Our guests had a wonderful experience as well, with attendants for parking and constant friendly faces directing them where to go. The site for the ceremony is just a short walk from where you park and is right on the river…. gorgeous. Our other vendors were able to communicate easily with the venue owners and it allowed for our day to go by stress-free. Day of coordination is included and truly made the experience. We met with Mandy and Greg multiple times during the planning process and it allowed us to put full faith in them. The venue is spacious which is ideal for a variety of different vendors, allowing for personalization of your day without fear that things won’t fit. Meeting Mandy and Greg was fate, and led to our day being more than we ever could have imagined. We cannot thank them enough for taking our vision and making it a reality! We can’t wait to come back for future events, both ours and others, and see the venue flourish and grow.

It is hard to put into words how perfect Allie, Kurt, and Osmica were for our wedding. Our harvest themed October wedding was everything we could have envisioned and more, all of the "more" due to Allie and Kurt. They were so wonderful to work with, from planning the space layout, using their recycled decorations, incorporating our homegrown produce with their homegrown flowers, it was all so beautiful and sustainable. The touches of the converted milk barn resonated with our families and our farming background. The grounds provided so many beautiful locations for photos, kids to play, and enjoying the perfect fall day. Beyond just the sublime reception, what we reminisce the most about from our wedding weekend was the stay at the farm house. Allie and Kurt provided extraordinary breakfasts from their gardens, great conversation about food preservation and tips for our own homestead, and the ability to relax in the hot tub. We loved Osmica, Allie, and Kurt. We would highly recommend having any special event here, the space is perfect and you'll be able to create the best memories.

They worked with our vendors to make sure our day was perfect. If we could host another event there we totally would. We booked the venue for the entire weekend so we were able to stay on property Friday and Saturday night with all of our best friends. David and I just had our wedding here this past Saturday. I could not ask for a more perfect venue - from the scenery, the beautiful Enchantment Garden, the proximity to the Falls and downtown Ithaca, to the amazing staff, food and service, we highly recommend the Inn at Taughannock Falls for a wedding venue, as well as a place to just stay the night and have an AMAZING meal from the restaurant (which we did the Thursday night before the wedding). All of our guests loved their accommodations, and Hillside house in particular served as the best "hang out", groomsmen getting ready, and after party spot. The full kitchen came in clutch for after party snacks and getting ready food. The Victorian Inn was literally perfect for hair and makeup and the fairly new 3rd salon is the ideal set up attached to a huge balcony overlooking the lake. What really made this wedding venue was the staff though. Later into the planning process, Amanda Hickey became our planner, after our previous planner Kelsey (who was also great) left. From day one Amanda was a rockstar - she was kind, thoughtful, helpful, extremely competent and organized. I did not feel like I had to start from scratch all over again with a new planner. She picked everything right back up and was key in making our perfect wedding day become a reality! Additionally, we would like to thank Stephenie who was very helpful throughout the process (including with getting us Cornell Dairy Bar for dessert!), Chef Justin, the pastry chef, Tania-Lynn, Loma, Gillian (so helpful attending to the bride the morning of the wedding and blocking traffic at the Falls first look), Carson (our personal server through the night who was so kind!!), Chloe, and all the other banquet staff! Our food options were impeccable and, while the short rib and halibut were slightly drier than preferred, they still tasted good! The cocktail hour stations and hor d'ourves were OUTSTANDING, and I must particularly thank and call out the Inn's chef and pastry chef making gluten free versions of everything for me (from the bread course, to Lobster puff pastry, and even special muffins at the Sunday breakfast) - and they did such a good job with it!!! All in all, this place is amazing and we highly recommend people have their wedding venue here (or at least visit it!). We cannot wait to come back to visit for our anniversaries too.
