I'm a devout Christian and family man. I served my country proudly as an Army Infantryman and did one tour to Iraq from 09-10. I'm an avid movie watcher. Shawshank Redemption and Tommy Boy are two of my all-time favorite movies. I have a very laid-back and relaxed demeanor, but at the same time, I'm a perfectionist and extremely organized with a keen eye for detail. I have a major in computer engineering and a minor in electrical engineering. In my spare time, I enjoy felling trees, tinkering with electronics, and learning Jiu-Jitsu. Above all these, I love taking pictures of the world around me and transforming them into masterpieces.

Since then, she has elevated those skills by creating stunning fruit displays and carvings for events both big and small. When charcuterie began rising in popularity in 2020, Courtney combined her culinary creativity with her eye for design, experimenting with charcuterie boards and grazing tables. What started as a passion quickly grew into Brie Silly Charcuterie.

Hereford Hills Event Venue is located on a 35 acre Registered Hereford (said Her-Ferd) Cattle Farm. It is conveniently located between Columbia, MS and Sumrall, MS. We are approximately 30 minutes outside of Hattiesburg. We offer a bridal cottage with attached grain silo for a dressing room. The bridal cottage has an elegant rustic feel. We also offer a small grooms cabin for the groom and his party to hang out in until the big moment.
