Brie Silly Charcuterie was founded by Courtney White of Hattiesburg, MS, a proud graduate of Jones College’s Culinary Arts program. During her studies, Courtney mastered the art of presentation, knife skills, French cuisine, and fruit carving. Since then, she has elevated those skills by creating stunning fruit displays and carvings for events both big and small. When charcuterie began rising in popularity in 2020, Courtney combined her culinary creativity with her eye for design, experimenting with charcuterie boards and grazing tables. What started as a passion quickly grew into Brie Silly Charcuterie.

Brie Silly Charcuterie specializes in creating customizable charcuterie boards, grazing tables, and fruit displays that are as beautiful as they are delicious. Whether it’s an intimate gathering, a wedding, or a large celebration, we bring artistry and flavor together to create a display that’s truly one-of-a-kind. Customizable Creations – Each board and table is tailored to your preferences, theme, and event style. Culinary Expertise – From knife skills to fruit carving, every detail is carefully crafted.     Brie Silly Charcuterie LLC was an excellent choice for our wedding charcuterie display. They demonstrated excellent listening skills, understanding exactly what we were looking for! The quality of their work was exceptional, and the value was excellent - we felt we received top-notch service at a very fair price. Brie Silly provided a beautiful display with lots of variety, including some stunning carved fruit pieces that were a real showstopper. I would definitely use them again for any future events.

    Brie Silly Charcuterie LLC provided excellent catering services for our wedding day. Their communication throughout the planning process was clear, understanding, and knowledgeable, making the experience smooth and stress-free. On the day of our wedding, the quality of their work was outstanding - the food was delicious, and the charcuterie displays were absolutely gorgeous. Everyone at our reception raved about the wide selection and high-quality ingredients. My friend also used Brie Silly Charcuterie for her wedding, and they did an amazing job there as well, creating beautiful fruit carvings that were both beautifully arranged and incredibly tasty.
