About Jess Winters Photography

Jess Winters Photography

Lead Photographer

Jess is a professional wedding photographer out of New Orleans, LA. Personable and creative, with an eye for detail, this seasoned storyteller is ready to capture those magical moments that make your big day truly special. Born and raised in New Orleans, Jess grew up in a big family. This led to her developing a passion for documenting those once-in-a-lifetime celebrations shared by couples and their closest loved ones. She loves getting to know her to-be-wed clients personally in order to craft exceptional photos that reflect their one-of-a-kind romantic connection.

Jess loves to capture the in between moments that often go overlooked in a wedding day. Her goal is to bring a feeling of intimacy to each gallery she delivers. While Jess shoots traditional wedding days, her heart is in elopements and micro weddings where she can truly focus on the couple and their closest group of loved ones.

Typically, couples book me about 6-12 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.
Definitely. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful.
My turnaround time varies by season. Typically, you’ll be able to view your photos online about 6 weeks after your wedding.
You can expect about 80 to 100 images per hour of photographing. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors.
Of course! You can add time in hour increments at a rate of $350/hour.
Please do!! I think adding a second shooter is the best bang for your buck! Second shooters are available for $65/hour.
For sure! I include 50 miles of travel with every package. Above that would be a milage fee. I also travel for destination weddings and elopements. I'd love to craft a custom package for your destination day!
Yes! I would love to chat and craft the perfect custom package for your destination wedding or elopement!
