The Summit Lodge is an exclusive resort. We will only host one wedding per weekend. The entire property is yours for up to 4 days and 3 nights! We can host 50 to 200 people for your ceremony and reception, and can house up to 136 in our cozy lodge. We have 10 acres of beautifully manicured grounds with tons of charm and character inside and out. Outside there are 2 beautiful saltwater pools, fire pit, life-size chess/checkers, horseshoes, corn-hole, shuffleboard, and an oversized chef’s grill that’s perfect for welcome parties and poolside barbecues. Inside we have O’Dwyer’s Poolside Bar, perfect for cocktail hour, welcome parties, and outside dining, and O’Dwyer’s Pub. Which is the ideal spot for rehearsal dinners and after parties. We boast a 15-person saltwater hot tub, billiards, darts, and a photo booth. Our live Gazebo cam can stream your ceremony in real time with sound for those who are unable to be with you on your special day.

Located an hour north of Albany and just a 10 minute drive from either the south or north exit on I-87 we are perfectly located for your guests to find but also hidden away at the end of a private road, giving you a secluded, private experience. Dockside Manor is located in Fort Ann, just 10 minutes from Lake George on Lake Hadlock. While Dockside Manor is lakefront, the home is nestled in, creating a space for a private event. This home can accommodate 60 guests for an event.
