It was easy to book, rent, and send them back. The one downside was that they changed what the collection looked like between when I booked the flowers and when I received them, and there was no option to go back to the original. They changed the bridesmaids’ flowers to be more floral, when I chose the Jane collection due to the greenery. As flowers weren’t specifically important to me, this wasn’t that big of a deal, but it didn’t feel great to not be able to get what we originally wanted and paid for. After reaching out to them about this issue, we did get a 50% discount on the bridesmaid flowers.”

At the first meeting, I remember meeting Suzanne and Erin and one of the questions was do you know which flowers you want. We didn’t know any flowers’ name but they reassured us that it was okay and we worked based off me and my fiancé (now husband) wedding color scheme and vision board. At first we thought we wanted an all white floral arrangements but it quickly changed as they showed us the different flower types. We left that initial meeting with a sense of relief. Throughout the wedding process, they were easy to get ahold of and were very responsive. Which as a bride, doing day of coordination was something we appreciated. Even if we had questions weeks leading up to the big day; they reassured us and always responded in a professional, kind manner.
