Hi! I'm Danielle. I moved to Dallas from Philadelphia a little over 4 years ago and I am loving Texas life, and now we're headed to Corpus Christi! I love serving all of Texas as a wedding and engagement photographer! I am an avid FRIENDS and Disney fan, lover of perfecting my favorite M&M Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe and engagement/wedding photographer! I have been a wedding photographer since 2015 when I was first asked by one of my college ultimate frisbee friends to take pictures at her wedding. It was love at first snap! I feel in love with capturing people's love stories using my favorite art form: photography!

I consider my style to be way more candid, as I truly adore capturing an authentic experience that is almost tangible to the person viewing the photo. The face behind Padre Ryan is me, Laura Schimmel, a Corpus Christi transplant from New England. I worked at Padre Ryan for 2 years as Director of Photography before taking on the ownership role in January of 2017. I love every moment of being a photographer, videographer and business owner. I love being out on the beach when I can, whether it's taking photos or just relaxing. I also just welcomed a baby girl into my life this past November! We couldn't be prouder and happier parents.

I am a Non-Denominational Christian minister located in Corpus Christi, TX. I perform weddings in the Coastal Bend area for a flat fee of $100.00. Whether your wedding venue is on a beach, at The Art Center, the Knolle Farm or your back yard, I will be there. I do not charge extra for last minute requests of "services needed" such adding a Sand Ceremony. I don't charge for signing or mailing the marriage certificate. My fee does not go up if the number of your guests should increase. You get all of this for $100.00. Due to the vows I took when I was ordained, I cannot perform same-sex marriages.
