Dannie has been serving middle Tennessee since 1987, upon owning/operating several restaurants, and afterwards acting as food service director for a private facility for nearly a decade, until pursuing her dream of catering and starting her own business, Dannie Holmes Catering, in 2005. Fifteen years later, she still continues to pour her heart into her work of full service catering whilst preparing amazing southern meals out of her very own kitchen.
