​The Hitchin' Barn is an outdoor rustic elegant event venue, located near Blanchard, between Newport WA and Spirit Lake ID. (Only 45 minutes form Coeur d'Alene, Spokane or Sandpoint.) Our little piece of paradise is surrounded by 400 acres of private land: flower meadows, horse pastures, pine forests and grass fields. The Hitchin' Barn is the ideal place for a country wedding, but the barn can be dressed up or dressed down to match any style of event. We're open from mid-May through October and we can easily accommodate up to 200 guests inside the barn, and a lot more outdoor.

When it comes to planning and floral design, we don’t do many traditional “black-and-white” weddings. We're all about bold, colorful, and whimsically organic celebrations that scream you. If you're looking for an event that’s as unique as your love story, with a side of fun and a dash of the unexpected, then we’ll be a perfect match. Our job is to help bring your vision to life whether that’s with helping you plan your dream wedding or curating the perfect floral arrangements and installations. Our wedding business started out with me shooting a wedding video for a very dear friend of mine in 2017. I posted the video to a Facebook business page and BOOM! It received 200,000 views and we started receiving hundreds of inquiries from couples around the PNW. Every year I would book 30-40 weddings doing photo and video for couples. When COVID struck, we had a year crashing into the next year. We had to adapt. So I grew our company to 8 teams of pro photographers/videographers to cover weddings around the US. There is nothing better than capturing love on the biggest day ever. Every day we are thankful to be able to do this.

Commellini Estate is a tranquil wedding venue & caterer located in Spokane, Washington. This historic venue dates back to 1941, when it was lovingly established by Albert and Leda Commellini. Even though this venue has been around for decades, it is still family-owned and operated. Their private woodland venue contains a total of 200 acres and is perfect for hosting all stages of your wedding, including your bridal shower, engagement party, rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony, and reception. On the Estate, couples and guests will feel as if they have been whisked away to a private paradise. The property boasts not only forests, but also a prairie, lawns, a nine-foot waterfall, a pond with a fountain, and a tranquil creek. These gorgeous natural elements provide the perfect backdrop for outdoor weddings. In total, couples have six wedding and ceremony sites they can choose from, including four outdoor (uncovered & covered) options and two indoor option varying in capacity.
