Since 2009, I’ve had the joy of officiating hundreds of weddings — from intimate backyard ceremonies to large church and outdoor celebrations. No matter the setting, my approach is the same: personal, intentional, and collaborative. I take time to get to know each couple so the ceremony truly reflects who they are and what matters most to them. Your wedding ceremony should feel like you – warm, meaningful, and crafted with care. I work with couples to create ceremonies that reflect their story, their values, and the kind of memorable moment they want to share with the people they love on their special day.

Every ceremony begins with a real conversation. I take time to get to know you—how you met, what matters to you, and what you want this moment to feel like.     Lance did an absolutely fabulous job as our wedding officiant! We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect ceremony. He met with us, provided an outline, and allowed us to personalize our ceremony in a way that made it unique to us. He was so personable and charismatic that we had many guests asking how long we had known him. He went above and beyond the call of duty by jumping into action and setting up additional chairs when we didn’t have enough for the guests. Besides conducting our beautiful ceremony, he also gave us a wonderful little wedding gift. If you need a wedding officiant, Lance is your guy!!!

    Lance was AMAZING! He was highly detailed and very flexible, and we were able to create a customized ceremony from his templates and suggestions. Lance's stage presence was great, and his personality and experience shines on the alter. We did not have a wedding coordinator, so we had Lance come to the rehearsal and he was so helpful with coordinating the wedding party and coming up with a full plan for us from march-in to document signing. I was late to rehearsal with a Tux mix-up and he even had a hand in some of the set-up and moving some of the heavier stuff. I would highly recommend Lance with his affordable rate, attention to detail, and excellent dedication. Thank you Lance!!

I’ve been officiating weddings since 2009 and have participated in both the most humble and most extravagant wedding celebrations, and everything in between. I’m comfortable in most any setting and among the most diverse and eclectic groups of people.

YES! My business is built around personalization and custom ceremonies. I thrive on collaboration and am passionate about helping couples create unique and beautiful wedding ceremonies that feel like them.
I can, if needed. Rehearsal attendance is available as an add-on and can be especially helpful if you want extra guidance walking through the ceremony logistics ahead of time. That said, most wedding venues provide couples with a wedding coordinator that will lead the rehearsal. So unless you need someone to lead the ceremony rehearsal or the venue requires the officiant to be present, it’s likely that I won’t be needed at the rehearsal. We’ll talk through whether it makes sense for your specific wedding during your consultation. Additional fee for rehearsal attendance. Subject to my availability and proximity of venue to Spokane, WA.
Absolutely! The legal part is just a piece of paper. I would still be honored to help you craft a perfect ceremony for your celebration, regardless of its legal standing.
I offer premarital counseling services for an additional cost to interested couples. I do not require premarital counseling, from me or any other provider, in order for me to officiate your ceremony. That said, I strongly advocate that couples participate in a premarital counseling program, even if just one session, to ensure they are aligned on goals, values, expectations, hopes, and dreams for the future. Having that conversation before you say "I do" is both wise and vital for the foundation of a healthy marriage.
I am an ordained pastor and minister, legally permitted to solemnize weddings in most US states, including Washington and Idaho. I was formerly a full-time vocational pastor for 15+ years, but no longer work in ministry.

Being from one of the nation's great melting pots, the San Francisco Bay Area, I celebrate diversity in every way and welcome the opportunity to serve couples from all walks of life.
My goal is to make the process easy, collaborative, and enjoyable. We start with a conversation, then I’ll guide you through the decisions that shape your ceremony: structure, tone, content, and flow. Some couples want more guidance, others want more creative control; most land somewhere in between. I meet you where you are and help you feel confident in what we’re creating together. My process is almost entirely digital. I use Google Drive for sharing and editing, so your ceremony is accessible anytime, from anywhere. By the time your big day arrives, you won’t be wondering how it’s going to go—you’ll be ready to be fully present in it.
Absolutely not! Your ceremony can contain as much or as little spiritual content as you would like. I have no personal agenda and do not require any kind of content in my ceremonies. I am willing to say pretty much whatever you want in your ceremony, assuming it doesn’t violate my personal values or beliefs.
