Choosing to have our wedding at the Hilton was the best decision we could have made. With their all-inclusive packages, it takes the stress out of planning a big event. Katie the wedding coordinator, was so professional throughout the entire process. She always responded in a timely manner and answered all of my questions leading up to the event which made me feel at ease. What else can I say other than we had the best night of our lives! Decor was put together beautifully, food was great, and service was wonderful. Guests had many positive things to say and I will be recommending this location to others in the future. The food and drinks were all terrific and the service was exceptional. We were attracted to Hotel Du Pont as a venue because of the opportunity to host a “Wedding Weekend” and not only did we get to pull that off, but Hotel Du Pont made it a better experience than we could have hoped for. The communication with Springfield Country Club was prompt and clear throughout the entire wedding planning process! The space was timeless and classy, providing the perfect backdrop for our special day. Milton was ready with blankets for the golf cart and always checking in with us in case we needed anything, and Nancy was always delightful and on top of everything that needed to be done. Our best man wasn’t able to attend due to deployment and the co-best man coordinated a video to play during the speech, the process day of was seamless and we are thankful he was able to say some words on our wedding day! We had such a great time working with Nancy and the entire Springfield Country Club team - the entire wedding was perfect!

CCC has been so easy to work with and we couldn’t be more excited to have CCC host our wedding in January 2021! Natasha the Events & Dining Director has always kept open (And fast!) communication and has a real understanding of the experience we hope for! Chef didn’t wince once we submitted a request for a special 5 course wine dinner for our reception. He took our ideas and truly made our tasting experience at the club wonderful. I know our family and friends will be over the moon when they see how the club will pull everything together.

We cannot thank Jamie and Kathy enough for making our vow renewal so special. The whole day felt like it was straight out of a movie. From the very beginning of planning, they were clear, organized, and thoughtful. Every detail was seamless, from being transparent about pricing from the start to the end of brunch when one of our friends arrived late and their team made him a breakfast sandwich so he would still have something to eat. That kind of care did not go unnoticed. From the moment we walked into the hotel and the front desk greeted us with such warmth, I felt so welcomed I actually cried. The little touches like apples and water for guests, the amazing bartenders on our first night at the cafe bar and at our event in the Montrose Mansion, the care their team took with the gift bags, and making sure everyone fit comfortably into the venue all meant so much. And the food… it was impeccable. Both dinner and brunch were better than anything we could have dreamed up. It is a huge testament to their organization and communication skills that we were able to plan the entire event from California without worry. There are no words to describe how thankful we are. After months of searching Center City Philly for a wedding reception venue, we finally stumbled upon the Warwick Hotel that met our desires for a walkable and downtown location at a great price point and sizable for our guest list. We secured a date, and with COVID restrictions, were forced to delay/postpone twice. The Warwick was more than accommodating during this time, novating our contract and maintaining our agreed upon pricing each time. While staff understandably shifted during this time, communications were a bit duplicative, and our only criticism would be that our discussions from the point we entered into a contract be documented and logged in a common location so that requests and preferences not get lost in the shuffle. That said, In the months leading up to our event, the Warwick staff was very communicative with both us and our wedding coordinator to ensure all went as planned. They also increased our hors d'oeuvres and desserts in the weeks leading up, at no additional cost. The big day went so smoothly, and any kinks were not evident to us, thereby proving the Warwick's ability to execute flawlessly. Our guests raved about the food and quality of service. To our knowledge, coordination with other vendors was fairly seamless, as the Warwick was very accommodating to vendor needs for logistics and setup/breakdown. All in all our experience at the Warwick was great, and we felt we could make our vision come to life with them without too many predefined processes for how they operate and run their events!

We held our wedding reception at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel in November 2024 as well as hosted our wedding room block. We'd highly recommend for both! We have nothing but absolutely positive things to say about Andreea Denes with catering. We've worked with Andreea for about a year and a half now and she feels like family! Andreea is both professional and personable and ensured we knew all our options for a reception at the Loews. Andreea helped us take advantage of all the amazing event spaces the Loews has to offer (cocktail hour on the 33rd floor, reception in the Millennium Hall, after party in Bank & Bourbon) as well as created a custom package for our reception and cocktail hour that reflected everything we could have wanted. Maria and Lena with the room reservation teams were so wonderful to work with, taking amazing care of our families and accommodating all our changes and requests. The entire Loews staff (catering, concierge, front desk, etc) was absolutely wonderful during our stay. Our guests are still commenting on the exceptional service. About a third of our wedding guests stayed at the Loews and expressed it was the perfect location to spend the weekend exploring Philadelphia.

We worked with Christine throughout the planning process, and she is beyond amazing; extremely responsive, helpful, flexible, knowledgable, and kind. The venue is absolutely stunning, with a ton of amazing spots to take stunning photos! One of the things my husband and I were most concerned about when looking at venues was the food and beverage packages; you get SO MUCH for your money with the packages here and everything is so incredible delicious! All of the staff is very well trained, and were wonderful with our guests. my bridesmaids and I also got ready at the venue and it was such a nice morning filled with attentive staff, a huge area to get ready, and amazing food and beverages! Kristen, Scott and Makayla were delightful to work with, understanding our unique needs and helping us plan for a safe and special day during a pandemic. They are thorough, kind and truly put the needs and desires of the couple above all. To add, we rented out the entire B&B and our guests truly loved their experience at both the wedding and as a B&B guest. The Cork Factory was our number one choice from the jump. Our coordinator Erica was so helpful, they made the process so easy, and I was amazed on the day of at how efficient the whole team was. I never saw a line at the bar, they nailed my table decor vision, and it was the best day ever. Everything was included: food, booze, our cake, AND a one-night stay at the hotel on the wedding night (with free King Jacuzzi Suite upgrade). If you're considering it, just do it!

We chose this wedding venue for two main reasons, 1. Having everything in one location which made the day and planning 10x easier! 2. The Terrace. Our wedding day weather could not have been more perfect and guests were able to enjoy the terrace the entire evening. Monica was amazing to work with as was the rest of the staff. Food was delicious, we saw many clean plates while making our rounds. I loved that the spaces themselves were beautiful, so we really didn't need much decor and they had a lot we could borrow (e.g. arch, centerpieces, table numbers). Highly recommend!

My husband and I had our Christmas-themed wedding at the Eden on December 10th of 2021, and I can’t sing the praises of the wedding coordinators, concierges, catering and janitorial staff enough. From start to finish we felt genuinely cared for by everyone in the resort...and I know how often they host weddings, but each and every person on the Eden team accommodated us in such a joyful way; as if we were the only wedding in the building. And it felt like they were sincerely happy for us. Which made the day feel really, really special. Madeline and Felicia, our wedding/day-of coordinators, attended to every last detail of the day, making sure that absolutely nothing was missed. They were present, intentional, flexible, and at times even borderline protective of me and my family. And that’s anything a bride could ever ask for. I couldn’t be more grateful. As far as the planning process goes: as a project manager, I very much appreciated the explicit, direct nature of their policies and procedures. After offering me several tours of the venue (MOB was from out of town and MOG wanted to see it on separate occasions) and answering all of my many many questions via phone and email, we had several formal meetings to comb through all the details and make sure we were on the same page. Maddie was able to help me delegate and manage my expectations, especially when it came to who was responsible for what, and even then bent over backwards to help me and my bridal party with day-of tasks. Thanks again to everyone on The Eden Resort & Suites staff. You were such a crucial part of our big day and we appreciate your hard work!

If you're getting married in Reading, do not look for any other hotel. This is the place to be. Everyone from the front desk staff to the bar staff were absolutely amazing and super accommodating. There was nothing that they could not sort out for us. Best hotel staff I've ever encountered.
