We are Carli & Hamilton Dixon, artists and business owners in downtown Dayton for nearly a decade, and residents of downtown for over two decades. The Brightside is located in the 905 E. Third Street building, which was 18,000 sq. ft. filled with abandoned clothes and trash when we purchased it. But over the last 10 years, we have worked to clean it out, restore all of its services, and renovate it to become Dayton's newest music & event venue. The Shepard Place is a rustic wedding venue located in Casstown, OH. This historic venue was built in 1920 and was run by the Shepard family for 90 years. The place acted as both the family’s trade and residence, and throughout the years, they created a wonderful site rich in memories and traditions.

The Gallery, Downtown Piqua’s newest and best-equipped event venue. Adapted from a former mid-century social club, we bring the glamour of an opulent ballroom to the 21st century with a polished aesthetic.
