The Watson homestead was established in Hiram, Maine in 1785 and is the oldest house in Oxford County. Located on 28 acres of rolling fields, soaring pine forests, stone walls and 1250 ft of Saco River frontage the house has been lovingly restored with an eye to historical integrity . Come see our Barn and ceremony space. We also offer overnight accommodation in the farm house for up to eight guests.

The Jackson offers the charm of a refined English country house combined with the casual comfort of Vermont. With beautifully designed interiors, 3 acres of serene and graciously landscaped grounds, and an exceptional onsite restaurant, we are the perfect venue for events that feel personal, refined, and effortlessly memorable. In addition to our event spaces, each room has been thoughtfully designed with guest comfort in mind and features elegantly appointed bathrooms, heirloom furnishings, and gallery quality art and décor.

Stage House Inn is a stately and elegant wedding venue. The property offers 20 unique guest rooms, private function spaces, and Dufour, an on-site award-winning restaurant and bar. The venue offers plenty of historical charm and Maine-style hospitality. The Stage House Inn specializes in hosting private events. These include micro weddings (for up to 70 guests), showers, corporate events, holiday parties, baptism celebrations, funeral receptions, celebrations of life, and other events for 25-150 guests. Since the late 1700s, the structure that now houses Stage House Inn and Dufour has served many purposes. From a private residence, it soon became a stagecoach stop where visitors would stop to eat and lodge at Frost Tavern. Following that, it was Paul’s Hotel, and eventually also served as a boarding house. Then, for nearly 70 years it was a convent run by the Sisters of St. Joseph Order. It was also a christian school. Maple Rock Farm is one of the oldest homesteads in Parsonsfield, ME. Rich with history, this 14-acre property is home to a 5-bed room colonial farmhouse and gorgeous post-and-beam barn. From the upper and lower apple orchards to the 100-year old maple grove adorning the entranceway, this beautifully nostalgic location brings all New England has to offer to one place. Maple Rock Farm is a special place where joy is shared and memories are made. Our wedding season runs from May to October. 1785 Inn, is a historic, classic country inn nestled in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. Formerly operated as both B&B and Fine Dining Restaurant. The Inn was well-known for its spectacular mountain views, cozy pub, friendly service, comfortable lodging rooms; tte restaurant for it’s delicious meals with waiters outfitted in tuxedo shirts and bow ties preparing Caesar salads and flambe dessert table-side. 1785 Inn is a wonderfully relaxing place to vacation any time of year.
