The park itself is covered with mature trees and tucked into a quiet Northeast neighborhood. Close to downtown Easy access to numerous highways. Permits are issued for ceremonies only. Food and receptions are not allowed at ceremony sites. This peaceful, 2-acre park is the former site of the historic Gluek Brewery and mansion, combining scenic serenity with a unique story. Ideal for couples seeking a simple, elegant outdoor ceremony, Gluek Park accommodates up to 100 guests and offers flexible rental blocks throughout the day. Please note: ceremonies only—receptions and food are not permitted on-site. Parking fees are separate from the rental permit.

The Minneapolis Sculpture Garden is better than ever! This crown jewel of the city’s park system unites two of Minnesota’s most cherished resources—its parks and its cultural life. Since opening in 1988, the Garden has welcomed millions of visitors, showcasing more than 40 works from the Walker Art Center’s collections, including the iconic Spoonbridge and Cherry.

The park was originally named Douglas Triangle for the street on which it is located. The name was officially changed to Mt. Curve Triangles (plural), on November 4, 1925, when the previous Mt. Curve Triangle was renamed Fremont Triangle. The park was officially named in honor of Thomas Lowry in 1984. Lowry is best known for developing the street railway system in Minneapolis. The Lowry Hill neighborhood, in which the park is located, was named because he owned most of the land and built his imposing mansion on the hill.

Facilities and Capacity The ballroom at Kellerman's Event Center is pet-friendly and can host up to 270 seated guests. Its original grand staircase leads into the main entrance of the ballroom. The elegant and charming venue has many stand-out features including 17-foot exposed wood ceilings, hardwood floors, elegant cafe lights, stunning archways, and handcrafted European storefronts. A cozy lounge and bar area, beautifully landscaped garden courtyard, and deck overlooking the city.
