Known as the highest point in Minneapolis, Norwegian Hill at Deming Heights is a beautiful location with a splendid view of the city. The park itself is covered with mature trees and tucked into a quiet Northeast neighborhood. Close to downtown Easy access to numerous highways. Permits are issued for ceremonies only. Food and receptions are not allowed at ceremony sites. For questions and more information on the venue and it's availability, please call the Minneapolis Park & Recreation Board's customer service number and ask to speak with Evan VanderZiel in the permits department.
