The building is a historical landmark for the City of New Albany, and was saved from destruction by the Bliss Family in 2000. The Bliss family’s vision in reviving this 1900’s building was to keep its historical integrity, while providing a practical, unique, and seamless flowing space for Weddings and Events. It truly is a “one stop shop” where clients can book their Wedding Rehearsal, Rehearsal Dinner, Ceremony, and Reception. Our mission is to provide you with everything you need to make your event effortless and unforgettable.

West Sixth NuLu has 2 dedicated event spaces we designed to be the perfect blank canvas for your rehearsal dinners, weddings, engagement parties, & receptions on the second floor of our Louisville taproom. In addition to the private restrooms and bar, we have an additional space that can be joined in tandem with our event hall. Founded in 1905 by Ben Schrader and a group of local tavern owners and grocers, the original Falls City was formed to fight a big beer takeover in Louisville. In 1906, Otto Doerr was hired as our first brew master and our beer soon began appearing in local taverns. Shortly thereafter, a bottling plant was added and Falls City became one of the most popular breweries in Louisville, KY. The Falls City Beer Taproom in the NuLu neighborhood recently underwent transformation as PARLOUR steps in for a collaborative restaurant venture. The partnership highlights the shared commitment to quality and community between Falls City Beer and PARLOUR. Falls City Beer has been a popular choice at PARLOUR restaurants, and this venture represents a natural progression of the successful relationship between the two establishments.

The Ice House is Louisville's go-to entertainment and event venue for any event. Our modern venue, conveniently located in the heart of downtown Louisville, provides 12,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor special event space. This includes four distinct areas: the Main Hall, East Terrace, Mezzanine, and Roof Top Garden.

Union Restaurant and GameYard is 4 seasons of food, drink, fun and games. Our restaurant and GameYard offer fun for all ages. Food, Drink and Games for kids and adults alike. The GameYard features cabanas with fire pits and 4 separate bar areas for the adults. Union’s food and drink menus are imaginative and creative. Our food is reminiscent of a great backyard BBQ. Burgers, pulled pork, pretzels and more! The GameYard Guzzlers include frozen margaritas, delicious mules, and boozy popsicles.

Hotel Genevieve offers unique indoor and outdoor spaces for hosting events in the heart of Louisville’s NuLu District. The crown jewel of our event spaces is our rooftop venue including indoor space that opens on to the outdoor space with fireplace across a total of 3,550 square feet, and a private dining room for up to 32 guests.

Historic Locust Grove is a National Historic Landmark as well as an accredited museum on the Lewis & Clark National Historic Trail and a unique example of early Kentucky architecture, craftsmanship, and history.
