Custom pricing is based on your guest count, event type, and day of the week. All bookings include cleaning, same-day event insurance, and required security for events over 100 guests. We require licensed, insured bartenders for alcohol service—no shots allowed and no service to guests under 21. A $500 damage deposit is held and released after post-event inspection. Additional services like full trash removal and enhanced décor can be added from our preferred vendor list we provide once we have a "Save The Date. We started this business many years ago with not much more than guts and the desire to build our own destiny. We worked long, hard hours, had second jobs and spent many a sleepless night. I sold the parties, and then we’d go in a rented kitchen and make it happen. Luckily those days are far behind us as we have been very blessed, but some things have never changed. We still strive to provide the best in food, beverage, and service. It is still very personal to us. Each spring, full-grown lilac azaleas scent the air with their sweetness, followed by a shower of tiny white confederate jasmine blooms spilling over the gazebo's filigree dome. Summer brings daylilies, gardenias, and fluffy blossoms of mophead hydrangeas mixed in with repeat-blooming impatiens and hybrid roses.

What began decades ago with a sip of Muscadine wine made from Georgia’s indigenous Muscadine grapes has evolved into Chateau Elan, a luxurious, award-winning winery and resort in the rolling hills of north Georgia. Across 3,500 acres, our destination resort, 50,000 square feet of event space, winery, multiple restaurants, professionally staffed Golf and Racquet Clubs, a world-class spa, and Viking Culinary Studio.

As a facility rental, we provide tables and folding chairs inside, as well as complimentary parking. All outdoor furniture will need to be rented. Catering would be provided through one of our amazing catering companies we partner with and can average $120 to $200 per guest. Beverage service and bartenders are additional and are provided by the History Center. It is about $65 per person for a 4-hour premium full bar. We have a full property minimum on Saturdays of a peak month: April, May, June, September, and October. The facility rental fee for the Swan Gardens, Atlanta History Museum, and Grand Overlook ballroom on a Saturday is $12,500 and we have an additional $5,500 beverage minimum. Fridays and Sundays are $10,000 with a $2,500 beverage minimum. Most of our weddings can expect to spend between $400 to $1,000 per guest after all vendors and costs are added up and divided out per guest.

Located in West Midtown Atlanta and built in 1970s, you will be greeted by the history that makes The West Venue the only venue of its kind in Atlanta. For years, the space was used to host congregations until 2003 when it was converted into an event hall. In 2020, the building was purchased and renovated to upgrade with latest amenities to add to its one of a kind character, while keeping original part of the building structure. The venue offers two distinct spaces for your event needs along with Grand Chandelier in Hall and 4k Projection Mapping!
