The Best Japanese Wedding Catering in Nahcotta, WA

Hi, I’m Erica of Boards by Erica, a women-run catering company based in Seattle, WA, specializing in artisanal charcuterie and grazing table experiences. With over 12+ years of fine dining experience and as the first runner-up on Food Network’s Chopped (Season 41), I’m passionate about crafting unforgettable food experiences. From artfully designed grazing tables to charcuterie cups, boxes, and boards, we prepare custom creations with fresh seasonal ingredients tailored to the needs of your next event. Whether you're after a specific theme, cuisine, or dietary preference, we’ll bring your vision to life with flavor and intention.

We are Karina and Daniel, owners of Taino Private Catering. As a Puerto Rican and Cuban-owned business, our relationship embraces food as a love language. We serve Everett and all of WA, from micro-weddings to destination events. Our motto: "Savor the moment, we’ll handle the rest." Whether you want Caribbean, Italian, or Asian fusion, we craft custom menus to fit your style. For your peace of mind, we are a strictly 100% seafood-free operation. We’re passionate about soulful hospitality and making your big day unforgettable. Let’s celebrate together!
