Welcome to Mama Gina Catering, an Authentic Italian Food Experience. All my menu items include the most amazing Italian flavors taught to me by my Nana from when I was a little girl. My grandparents, born & raised in Italy came to this country by way of Ellis Island. I loved listening to the stories they told with their Italian friends most of which spoke broken English. All of my teachings were hands on not hand written “little of this & little of that" then tasting until you are happy. To this day that is how I cook because Italian Food is all about fresh ingredients, heart, taste and a deep love of cooking.

I started this business with a simple mission: to bring people together around beautiful, delicious food without the stress. Chemical X also offers non-denominational wedding ceremony officiant services. Our owner/operator, Elizabeth, 30, has been in the service industry for over a decade, finding her true calling as a Bartender when she migrated to Cleveland in 2015. She has competed in various cocktail competitions, became a Tales of The Cocktail alumni, acquired her TIPs, ServSafe & Bar Smarts certificates & opened Chemical X, a one stop shop for all your event needs!
