Hi, I’m Marian—mom of two, creative soul, and the heart behind Rose & Brie Charcuterie. I started this business with a simple mission: to bring people together around beautiful, delicious food without the stress. At Rose & Brie, we believe that food should be both a feast for the eyes and the heart. Every board is crafted with care, intention, and a whole lot of love. Making gatherings more beautiful (and more delicious!) is what drives me every day.

What sets me apart is my passion for making gatherings effortless and memorable with beautifully styled, custom charcuterie. I take genuine care with each client, ensuring every detail is perfect and every board feels as special as the occasion it’s made for.

    The Perfect Caterer

    Marian is an extremely talented and professional caterer, and you will be missing out if you don't book her for your wedding! She worked with us to make sure every detail was perfect for the big day, and she brought the most stunning spread of food I have ever seen. Our guests were floored and very happy with the variety, quality, and abundance of the food available. It really elevated the event!

    Rose & Brie Good Stuff

    Rose & Brie Charcuterie was a pleasure to work with for our wedding. Their communication style was short and sweet, but they were extremely professional and responsive throughout the planning process. The quality of their work was truly artistic - the charcuterie display they created for our cocktail hour was not only visually stunning, but the flavors were absolutely delicious. They were also very punctual and ensured our service was personalized and tailored to our needs.
