The Venue opened it's doors in May of 2017, and is located in one of the largest stand alone historical buildings in Bowling Green. This attractive, three story brick building is listed in the national registry of historic places and has a rich Bowling Green History dating back to 1914. The Venue is outfitted with original wood floors; heavy timber construction, and tall ceilings; some of the main features that make this building unique and one of a kind. Easy access to our almost 2,000 sf deck allows you to enjoy being outside with friends, weather permitting, but if not there is plenty of room for you and all of your guest indoors. Grab a cold drink from the pre-civil war bath tub built into the 32 foot wood-top bar. We have a spacious bridal suite with an attached bath and area for hair and makeup as well as a groom suite. We would be honored to host your event!

  • Bridal suite on site
  • Has a dance floor for celebration
  • Raw space for complete customization

Venue considerations

  • Additional event staff required
  • Large venue, not ideal for small guest lists

The Venue at 939 Adams was the perfect choice for our wedding. From the very beginning, their communication style was easy and responsive, putting us at ease throughout the planning process. The venue itself was simply gorgeous, full of character and uniquely suited to our vision for the day. Even when the weather didn't cooperate and it rained all day, the indoor setting meant we didn't have to worry about anything. If you’re looking for an alternative to the barn wedding aesthetic - The Venue at 939 Adams truly helped make our special day everything we had dreamed of.

The Lodge at Boyce

5.0

Alvaton, KY
  • Up to 72 guests
  • Select services
  • Indoor
  • Starts at $700

We are a new venue open less than a year. The building was a former Masonic lodge building. We totally remodeled it while trying to preserve some of the character. It has the original yellow pine flooring. Freshly painted walls. A small warming kitchen for renters or caterers to use. The restrooms are handicap accessible. Give us a call and take a look you won’t regret it.

Why you'll love this venue

  • Has a dance floor to dance the night away
  • Wheelchair accessible
  • Has a relaxed and casual vibe

Venue considerations

  • No dedicated areas for getting ready
  • No built-in audiovisual options
  • No on-premises lodging options
The Lodge at Boyce was the perfect place to have our family holiday get together. The interior is spacious, even with our large group, but still intimate enough for everyone to be included. Plus it’s gorgeous inside, and could be used for any occasion. Plenty of parking area, and a perfect location- private, quiet, without being too far away from Bowling Green, Scottsville or Alvaton, and easy to find. We all loved having a place to be together, without worrying about size, space, seating, etc. We, without a doubt, will continue to use The Lodge for future events.
