I love ❤️ Catering and pleasing my clients. Please check out my About me page on my website for a full biography. Once you read my website, all of your questions will be answered. I started Custom Staffing in 2007. Clients kept saying "Too bad you don't do food also" Thus my Catering evolved from Event Staffing to Both Catering and Staffing! I'm French and my French mommy was born and raised in New Orleans. I can cook!
