We have been catering and planning events for over 30 years - WE KNOW WHAT MATTERS. Everyone wants a stress-free planning process for their wedding, and the Team at Heidi's Events & Catering will make that happen for you. As a full-service catering company, we can help you with as little or as much as you need. Whether your venue provides all the equipment and decor, and you just need a DELICIOUS meal for your guests, or if you are starting from scratch planning a backyard reception, we've got you covered.

Our Chef's menu suggestions have a variety of our most popular dishes that you are sure to love! Looking for something a little different? We can CUSTOMIZE a spread for you. Just ask us!     Groom

    Heidi's Events & Catering planned and catered our wedding at Creekside Inn, in Sedona. They did everything for us! Tables, chairs, linens, place settings, centerpieces, bartending, our tent...the list goes on. Not only was the planning process smooth and easy, but the wedding day was just perfect. We even had our own server making sure we had drinks and food throughout the night. We would highly recommend this company for any special occasion :)

    Wonderful Caterer!

    Heidi's Events & Catering is amazing! The customer service is fantastic. They are responsive to calls and emails, which is so important when planning an event. They're always so helpful with suggestions and ideas for a successful event. The staff is professional and enjoyable to work with. Heidi's has a large variety of options to choose from and can accommodate many dietary & allergy restrictions. We're always happy when we work with Heidi's Catering. We know we're in good hands.

    We recommend Heidi’s 100%! From the food to the service to every tiny detail of the table scape Heidi’s did an amazing job! The day of the wedding I was able to focus on the important parts and not have to worry about the little details because Jill and her team had everything perfectly organized. You will not regret booking them for your event no matter how big or small!
