NOTE: ZOLA USES BOTS & SENDS FAKE LEADS. IF YOU'RE A REAL, START MESSAGE WITH "I AM REAL!" 🙏🏽 Dream Oasis for a Magical Catskills Wedding. This secluded, breathtaking estate is on 10 acres and 3 private bodies of water, w/ its own private island. The property emanates sacred energy. Over time, it has served us a venue for weddings (from Chasidic to Hindu and all in between), yoga and intimacy retreats, and concerts. The landscaping is designed around a sacred octagonal shape — w/ the island gazebo and the main house both being octagons. Parking for 80+ cars + lots of vendor staging areas. Hold your ceremony under a majestic lakeside weeping willow tree, on the island, or in a clearing surrounded by flowers, facing the back lake. Includes a 1,400 sq ft separated poolhouse for indoor cocktails, a beautifully appointed honeymoon suite w/ private kitchen/living room, 3BR main house, w/ wrap-around balcony overlooking water, 20-foot tall stone fireplace, and a majestic 700 sq ft main BR.

Lea and Dov provided an exceptional wedding experience for us. Their communication throughout the process was eloquent, clear, and incredibly helpful as they guided us through the history and details of their beautiful property, and connected us with all the right third party vendors. The quality and value for money this property offers is unparalleled - the grounds are truly magical, with a sense of privacy, luxury, and spiritual connection to the scenic waterfront and private lake. We felt an incredible sense of peace on their sprawling, private land — only 1.5-2 hours from NYC — making it the perfect venue to get married for us. We are beyond grateful to Lea and Dov for helping make our special day so memorable. (Also, the main house and honeymoon suite are awesome, mountain chic!)
