From our decor closet and getting ready spaces, to the planning and software we provide, our couples love that we include so much, making the process simple and enjoyable. Venue is set in a historic building right in Downtown Monroe along the River Raisin. Outdoor space is available for a ceremony or cocktail party prior to your indoor reception. We rent the hall for the day, 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 a.m. Fridays and Saturdays for $750. We rent for an 8 hour block of time Sundays through Thursdays for $375. With either rental we charge a $250 security/clean up deposit. That is refunded after the hall has been returned in clean/undamaged condition. We only rent the hall, which includes use of the tables and chairs. Your rental fee that holds your date is non-refundable. You are free to have your ceremony and reception at the facility, many people have done this in the past. For linens, dishes, food etc, you would need to contact a provider for those. Our eight hundred rolling, wooded acres bordering private Pickerel Lake provide the perfect atmosphere for your group... through all of nature's seasons. We offer banquet facilities from a complete wedding ceremony and reception or other special event to a luncheon meeting and anything in between. Our wedding rental includes use of the facility on Friday to decorate and rehearse and Saturday for the ceremony and reception. We have 300 chairs and 30 round tables in our dining area and 15 cocktail tables with chairs around the dance floor on the upper level.

Adrian College Weddings and Receptions is a beautifully landscaped college facility and wedding event venue in Adrian, Michigan. Offering several locations on its Southeastern Michigan campus for you to choose from to capture the essence of your special day, this campus and venue provide lots of unique options for traditional wedding couples. Built-in 1848, the wedding barn was originally a working farm, used as a hay and milking barn on the Briggs family 500-acre farm. Nazareth Hall is known throughout the region as a banquet and wedding facility, but it’s the rich history and lush setting that draws people here. Built in 1927 as an all-boy Catholic boarding school. It eventually evolved into a renowned military school for boys. Throughout its history the school stayed true to its Catholic roots and the nuns who served and taught here. Operating until 1982 the stories written within its walls are still told today. Re-emerging with a new mission and purpose in April of 1991, Nazareth Hall was reborn. It is in this picturesque place, reminiscent of castles of old, that brides come to be married and celebrate with family and friends in grand ballrooms.
