“So. Much. Sushi. And it was PERFECT. We hired Mr. Fresh Sushi Catering for our wedding in Los Angeles this past April and honestly… they were one of the best parts of the entire day. We knew we didn’t want a traditional sit-down dinner—we wanted something fun, elegant, and very us. Enter: sushi. From the start, their team was super responsive, easy to work with, and totally got our vision. We went with a stationary appetizer setup so guests could mix, mingle, and grab bites throughout the evening. It worked out beautifully. The sushi? INSANE. So fresh, so flavorful, and beautifully presented. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about the poke cups and the tempura zucchini—who knew that would be such a hit? They also had these little soba noodle cups and grilled yakitori skewers that disappeared fast. And even though it was technically “appetizers,” there was plenty of food. No one left hungry.
