After a decade as a pastry chef in NYC, Taylor traded flour for flowers. She started apprenticing at farms up and down the East coast starting in 2017, ending up at Weatherlow Farms working for Phoebe Poole. RTB is a culmination of years of hard work in luxury hospitality, and she’s now channeling her expertise into a new set of ingredients. The combination of flower farming and the attention to detail that comes with working in fine dining kitchens leads to an intimate and curated design process. Our relationships with our couples and dedication to achieving their vision is what excites us and drives us.

I first entered the floral design world as an intern in 2016 and noticed a lack of originality in designs and a need for more connection between the florist and the couple. When I started WFD in 2019, I decided to prioritize both artistic designs and building long-term relationships with each couple. Planning my own wedding in 2021 gave me an even deeper appreciation for the importance of receiving creative expertise and genuine support from wedding vendors.

We're a husband and wife duo that prides themselves on honesty, integrity and quality. Every arrangement we make is custom designed for each couple, guided by their personality and the story they want to tell.
