We loved that Tailgate Gourmet is a self-contained operation, which worked perfectly for our outdoor wedding on a private property that didn't have infrastructure for a professional on-site kitchen setup. The team quickly assessed and adapted to the space we had available, and left no trace they'd even been there by the end of the night. Our guests (who are not shy about sharing feedback) let us know this was the "best wedding food EVER" and that the tenderloin and Mediterranean planked salmon were more delicious and well-prepared than any restaurant dish they've had in the past.
