“The Bel Vino team is the absolute best, specifically Sydnie! We had the pleasure of planning a wedding here and it was absolutely perfect. Throughout the entire process we felt nothing but confidence in the entire team. They were always so supportive and caring and helped address any concerns that we had that arose. Their level of professionalism and experience from each individual, including the entire staff was the very best. We heard from all of our guests such positive feedback and that the staff was always accommodating. Not to mention the food was amazing and our event captain Heather that night took care of everything. Our needs were always anticipated and met. It was like she could read our mind. She was awesome and could not recommend more. Our dj Andrea made sure our guests were entertained the entire night where everything felt smooth and relaxed. “So happy with WW. They answered all questions I had throughout the process and were easily accessible. The Retreat was such a beautiful venue and they did such a great job. A lot of our guests said “it was the most beautiful wedding they’ve ever been to”. Super on top of it! I’m a little neurotic with planning in general and they followed instructions perfectly and even went above and beyond. Only issue - don’t get Tom as your DJ, or else you’ll be disappointed because he doesn’t do remixes or follows instructions diligently. He was good at making announcements, but as far as music goes, I would have been better off playing music off of my phone. They have a DJ that you’re required to use as part of the package because it’s in a residential neighborhood, but they do have other DJ’s aside from Tom. Otherwise everything else that WW did was fantastic.”
