The Oaks Lakeside is a turn-of-the-century Estate with a backdrop of the gorgeous Chippewa Lake. Our waterfront venue offers Restaurant and Event Facilities to couples seeking a unique, one-of-a-kind atmosphere. Couples can welcome up to 200 guests to their Celebration. The circular waterfront Pagoda hosts romantic ceremonies with the lake as the backdrop. Our private Event Facility has two floors, windows along the back of the room that overlooks the lake, and lush gardens along with a covered terrace that serves as the perfect location for your cocktail hour and mingling. Established in 1969 in Brunswick, Ohio with nothing more than an old barn and a dream. The barn, originally built in 1869, became the foundation for a Ski Lodge, but would ultimately become the event center that it is today. Although many updates and renovations have taken place over the last 50 years the original barn remains intact, and its beams are still visible in the hall. Over the years Skyview Lodge has held countless events. The building was renovated again in 2001 to expand its capacity and continue building upon the success of the hall rentals. Skyview Lodge heads into its 3rd generation of family ownership & tradition with big plans on the horizon! We look forward to you becoming part of our rich history!
