We are Micromony. A build your own package caterer. Venues are all unique and may not need us to have all the bells and whistles, but we can be if you need us to be! Micromony is a team of individuals specializing in cook on site events for all size groups. Six people? Sure! 200 people ... Ok Then! We have heard often that the bigger companies price themselves out of possibility with the smaller events and finding some who will do them is difficult. We offer personal chef services for any events under 30 people and can accommodate larger events within a certain geographic range.

The quality of their work was truly spectacular - the food was flavorful and the value was incredibly affordable, especially given their budget-conscious approach. The only minor hiccup was that we had thought place settings included linens, so we had a last-minute scramble to get them, but Micromony handled it professionally, even if our color options were limited. “The whole team at Bissou made our wedding amazing! Their coordinators- Esther & Ty made me feel so taken care of the entire night of our wedding and the week leading up. We had them handle the coordination, florals, cake, bartending, and full catering, and the whole experience was fantastic! We had a wedding of around 80 guests, and there was plenty of food, and it was delicious. The cake was wonderful, and the platter they made for our cocktail hour was custom Greek and sooo good! The only thing is that Chef T sometimes can be hard to reach, so I would definitely work with Esther as his main point of contact/coordinator. However, he is so lovely and sweet, and his food is fabulous!”

My husband and I were fairly clueless at the start and Brianne immediately put us at ease and helped us plan out our wedding day, ensuring zero stress and a wonderful day. Brianne met with us several times to discuss food, timing, what she amd her team would need from our venue, and was very helpful working within our budget. On our wedding day, we didn't have to worry about a thing. Brianne and her staff set up everything wonderfully and our guests absolutely loved the staff. The food was truly incredible!! I had multiple guests tell me it was the best food they ever had at a wedding, and we could not agree more! From the passed hors d-oeuvres all the way to the late night bites, the food was melt-in-your mouth delicious and we were so happy with how everything turned out. If you want amazing food, incredible service, and a stress-free day, I cannot recommended Brianne and the staff of Shale Hill Events highly enough!!”
