“My husband and I used Direct Entertainment for our DJ and videographer for our wedding and we could not be more pleased!! The team was professional, great at communication, very kind and professional, and they helped make our day absolutely perfect! Jeff, our DJ kept the dance floor alive ALL NIGHT!! When the music had to stop at the end of the night, the dance floor was still completely full and no one wanted it to end. He did a great job announcing the events of the night, made sure that our ceremony music was perfect, and he stuck to our wedding playlist with the exception for a couple guest requests (which we were happy to allow). We were so happy and thankful to have Jeff there! Sie, our videographer also did a wonderful job! We have not yet received our video as our wedding was less than 2 weeks ago, but I already know it is going to be amazing. He was so great with communication, was prompt with his timing, and he even set up a second camera for guests to break away and give us well wishes for our marriage, which I'm so excited to watch back. He was very professional and wonderful to work with. We decided to add videography at the last minute because we thought we might regret not having it, and I am SO happy we asked Jim at Direct Entertainment if they had someone available for our day just a month before, and they did!! Jim, the coordinator at Direct Entertainment frequently checked in with us, asked us questions about ourselves, and genuinely made us feel like he cared about us and our special day. He was great to work with leading up to being assigned our designated DJ and videographer, and even after, he checked in to make sure we were happy and that all of the planning was going well. Overall, we would 1000% recommend Direct Entertainment for any wedding entertainment needs! “Doug and Andrew made the best team at our wedding! We met Doug at a bridal show a year and a half before our wedding and liked him immediately. He really wants to help you create a wedding that is special and meaningful to you - not a cookie-cutter wedding with package after package he's trying to upsell you on. We were delighted when Doug told us that his partner, Andrew, was moving back to the area and would be working with him at our wedding. Doug talked with us several times throughout our planning process to help us think through the reception - specifically the flow and the feeling of each moment. At our final detail meeting, Doug and Andrew helped us finalize and ramp up some ideas we had been working on (rating speeches using giant numbers that the bridal party held up, us-themed bar trivia during dinner, kiss cam instead of traditional glass-clinking kisses) and also gave us options to add on his Freedom Sticks (party lighting to help make the room/dance floor fun) and several Polaroid cameras and a book to store the pictures in. We took advantage of both and were so happy we did! On the day of the event, Doug took the role of MC and walking around the room to get pictures of people/get everyone involved and Andrew took on the role of primary DJ. Together, they were such a fun team that really brought the party to life! We had SO MANY compliments on how fun they were and I have recommended them to all of my friends with upcoming weddings!! “My husband and I booked Perfect Day DJs to perform at our wedding and it was better than we could have hoped for. When you first contract with DJ Chad, he provides an easy to use online portal that lets you select the perfect songs for those special moments throughout your wedding day, as well as an easy-to-use must play and do-not-play list. DJ Chad was also very supportive leading up to the big day offering to help in any way he could to help our day run smoothly. When our wedding day came DJ Chad played each of the songs on our must play list, perfectly mixing each one together through smooth transitions and keeping us on our feet! He was even able to encourage our non-dancing family members to make their way to out the dancefloor! Not only was he phenomenal and great to work with, but his wife, Mary of Chocolate Paper Studios is a fantastic photographer. They even have a package, "The Perfect Day with Chocolate on Top," where you can book your DJ and photographer together! This made planning our wedding so much easier for my husband and I, as two rather important parts of wedding were accounted for in one easy to digest package, which included a DJ and ceremony audio, an engagement photo session and 2 photographers on our wedding day! The planning portion was made even easier as when it was time to meet we were able to go over both the entertainment and photo options available. Payment was a breeze because we were able to pay both of them through one online portal. And most importantly when our wedding day came we had a team that not only works amazingly together, but truly understands the importance and significance of making the day perfect. “Picking Jeff as our DJ was our easiest wedding decision — which was a welcome relief among so many decisions. Music was the biggest thing my husband was interested in for the wedding and his interactions with Jeff got him excited about wedding planning. I interviewed 4 other DJs and none of them came close to the quality service or value of price that Jeff did. Every other DJ was a scripted phone call, or I felt that they didn’t actually listen to my information or questions. I met Jeff in person and could tell instantly he was our DJ. He was personable, flexible in meeting time (I was coming from out of state), and came prepared. He already had a list of questions ready to better understand what we wanted, walked me through his process, showed me his paperwork (which you can start working on immediately after booking, was super helpful for us). He took the time to get our details right and connect to us as a couple. He was always early, prepared (complete with backups), and integrated smoothly with the other vendors. We were a smidge delayed from photos and he checked in with us in a way that kept us relaxed and kept things fun for the guests. The way dinner and photos were structured could have been a big boring gap in our reception, if he hadn’t helped us figure out how to fill that time with interaction and then executed it perfectly. Our guests really liked his personality and that our favorite songs were played on the dance floor. The lights made the party!!! Other DJs were charging double his prices for less quality equipment and service, so the value can’t be matched. Definitely recommending Apex to all!”

“We had Nick Wright as our "master DJ" for our June 2026 wedding at Landoll's Mohican Castle. Nick was AMAZING - he was open to every genre of music; including k-pop, the Lord of the Rings soundtrack, video game music, early 2000s, and more! He walked us through the party pleasers app, which was fantastic. You could upload full spotify playlists straight into the app. The app also breaks down each section of wedding day for every song you may need (ceremony, cocktail hour, cutting the cake, dinner, dancing, etc.). Nick was super nice and was able to do our sound for the ceremony, cocktail hour, full dinner and reception, and our grand exit. He was open to all our suggestions; and he brought up things to decide that we hadn't even considered! During the wedding, Nick made sure to check in with us personally and made sure we were well taken care of. I highly recommend party pleasers for the large selection of rentals, lighting, and their amazing DJs -especially Nick! Lastly, Nick was an amazing "game show host" for our scavenger hunt - we made sure the musical chairs were ready, mc'd the entire hunt, and played a different song for each item! The music was amazing - he played all of our must haves, followed our do-not-play list, and had some amazing early 2000s hip-hop mixes.”

“DJ Trey Triplicate was absolutely incredible from start to finish. His communication was super amazing - he was always quick to respond to our questions and very helpful in planning the music for our big day. On the day of the wedding, with the cold weather and snow storm, he had to set up at an earlier time than planned, but he delivered an amazing performance that had our guests dancing all night long.
