The website he makes each couple for their event was very easy to navigate, and was a helpful tool for us to know which parts throughout the night to plan for and what songs need to be selected in order to make our wedding personal and run smoothly. Having never been married before, it was incredibly helpful to see a drop-down list of events, traditions, people, etc. that we may have to account for and could choose to do/ opt out of for our own wedding, all laid out through the website he created for us. Whenever we emailed Bill with a question, he responded almost immediately and was to the point. He works with our venue, Kings Mills in Media, very often so we easily trusted him to know how to navigate set up and any potential problems that may have come up. “I seriously can’t put into words how amazing she was and cannot recommend her enough. She was great to have around on our wedding day and I am so happy with our photos. The groomsmen didn't have their act together, even though she provides a detailed schedule, and she was totally chill about it and was like no biggie I'll be back in 30. My fiancé commented on how awesome she was (didn't comment on any other vendors) and one of his groomsmen did too (see first pic). This was before we even saw the pics and they turned out better than I could have imagined. At one point I told her I was done taking pics I wanted to go talked to people and dance, so was a little worried if we got enough shots, but was blown away with the results. I also told her I didn't care that much about getting ready pics but wanted a lot of guest candids and she delivered. She also got way more getting ready pics than I even expected. We didn't want to spend money on a second photographer and she was fine with that and got all the pics we wanted on her own. She truly listened to what we wanted and was incredible at communication and organization. On top of that, she is one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met, and truly a calming presence during all of the chaos on wedding day. I feel sooo lucky we found her.”

“We took on a lot of planning ourselves, and hired Rina to be our day of coordinator--or really month of coordinator--and out of all of our planning decisions, hiring Rina was one of the best decisions we made. Ahead of our first call, we sent a long document outlining the ideas we had--which she looked through and gave us useful feedback on as we considered what support we needed most. We had some unique ideas for how to do things our own way--and it was also clear from our conversation, that while Rina knows how to do a "textbook" wedding--she also knows how to listen to clients to help them make their unique vision a reality, even if that requires some creative thinking, crafting, or problem solving. When we did our venue walkthrough a month before the event, we sent Rina another long document, floorplan, and schedule the day before--and she once again arrived familiar with all of it. She had crucial suggestions, important questions we hadn't thought of, and proved again she was the right person to help us get prepared for the big day. That pattern repeated once more at rehearsal which was very efficient! The day of our wedding, Rina was punctual, professional, and in expert control running the show we had put together. She had already connected with all of our vendors, reviewed all the decorations we designed and how they set up, and was fully familiar with the timeline. When the inevitable surprises popped up, she was quick to roll with the punches--in a way that kept our plans on track! The entire event was not just beautiful, unique, and exactly the vibe we had envisioned--but it was also EXACTLY ON SCHEDULE, from set up to the paper lantern send off at the end! We are thoroughly impressed, and can't recommend Rina highly enough! She was our not so secret weapon. Let her be yours too! And make no mistake, while we had Rina as our month-of-coordinator--we would have absolutely hired Rina to take on the entire thing if we hadn't enjoyed planning so much (and even then, we couldn't have finished the plans without her input!). I will also say, having planned so much ourselves, it really made it very personal to us that the schedule we made, the decorations we crafted, and the timeline we envisioned were faithfully executed. It was so personal, that I thought it would be hard to hand off our cherished plan to someone else. Who could know it as well as us or care as much? But every conversation with Rina made letting go easy, because it was so clear she was listening to us, and understanding us. There is no one else we would've trusted with our plan except Rina.”

Hands down, the easiest and best decision we made (besides going through with the marriage ;-)) was picking Chris as our photographer. He was so easy to work with from the get go. We set up a brief meeting, shared our vision (we wanted a "photojournalist approach"), and mapped out a schedule of events. Anything that we did not think to ask, he made sure to bring up and help make our vision more complete. Chris was excellent at capturing all of the tiny moments of the night without being in anyone's way. The pictures that he captured were absolutely STUNNING--the perfect amount of sentimental moments captured in beautiful lighting and silly off the cuff moments that captured the essence of each and every guest. We would work again with Chris in a heartbeat and friends have already requested his contact information for their ceremony. As an added bonus, because we did not end up using Chris for all of the allotted time, he offered to do a separate photoshoot whenever we would like. It's those little attention to details and customer service which make Chris stand out from the rest.
