Born and raised in Rio de Janeiro Brazil, he immigrated to the US in September 2001 His early days in the US he found his passion for food & hospitality business. His entrepreneurial nature kicked in and he opened his first restaurant in Leominster in 2009. Within five years, he became a full-service Brazilian Steakhouse in 2018. During his career, Rodrigo has served the US Army for 3 years and devoted many hours to his local community. He has a positive nature and dedicated to continued growth as a businessman and individual. Currently a member of the board of Massachusetts Restaurant Association

Creator, owner, chef, and lead dishwasher - Emily Knowlton - has a B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of New Hampshire. She enjoys cooking, recipe creating, gardening, and farm shopping. She's the mad scientist behind the majority of our wedding menus and loves making what seems impossible - possible. She’s happiest in Mickey Mouse ears, obsessed with her dog, a dressage queen, and apprentice gardener. She spends the time she’s not obsessively scrolling through the internet and flipping through cookbooks for inspiration, wedding planning for her 2022 Disney World wedding.
