She is also so thorough and on top of it- you will be getting updates, regular check-in calls - she makes you feel like you have her full attention and energy even though she has tons of clients and weddings! Luckily, she had availability and a few hours later, I was taking an impromptu day trip to Cold Spring with my husband. Jackie met us at the station and was so incredibly kind. She gave us a few suggestions of eateries to check out while we were in town. We had a symbolic ceremony a week later and I was so pleased with the service received with my first bouquet, that I asked Jackie to preserve that bouquet as well. Throughout both bouquet preservations, Jackie was very responsive and answered any questions I had. She shared a layout of both bouquets prior to framing and packaged up both frames nicely, with bags, (this is a big deal when you're taking the train) when we returned to Cold Spring for pickup.
