The Monterey Ballroom was an absolute dream for our wedding! From the moment we first inquired, their communication was fast, open, and incredibly helpful. The venue itself is gorgeous, with both indoor and outdoor spaces that provided the perfect setting for our special day. What really made them stand out though was their incredible attention to detail - they helped us decorate the space beautifully, and even gifted us mimosa supplies for the morning of the wedding! The owner, Mike, was amazing and made sure everything went so smoothly. We also loved that they had outdoor games for our guests to enjoy. The value was fantastic, and we couldn't have asked for a better wedding venue. We highly recommend the Monterey Ballroom to any couple looking to get married!

My wife and I got married at North Star Farm in July. We are so happy with the choice we made to get married there. First off, Rebecca was an absolute joy to work with throughout the whole process, she was so much help in answering any questions we had lowering the stress level. Loved that the venue has both a bridal suite(the farmhouse) and a grooms suite(in the dairy barn). I must say from my own experience, the grooms suite is really cool. Our parents kept commenting on how organized everything turned out. Thanks to Rebecca, she didn’t miss a thing. We loved the fact they had decor to use, so we didn’t have to bring any of our own, other than some engagement photos. Oh yeah, I cannot forget about the lighting there, both inside and out. It feels like a different place once the day turns to night, it’s magical. Outside Edison string lights all around. Warm patio lighting and a fire pit. Inside the Uplighting, which is included, that matched our colors too. One of the coolest things that sets this venue apart from all the others we toured was that they have their own dance floor lighting. If you choose one of their recommended DJs, those DJs get full access and control of lighting. Its pretty impressive and I highly recommend going in this direction. Their catering options made it hard to choose just one, but we managed to do so. Their ceremony area is shaded, and all the building on the property have AC including the reception barn! All are musts for a July wedding. Long story short - We cannot say enough about North Star Farm, Rebecca & Scott, and all their staff. If we had to do it again we wouldn’t change a thing about our day or the venue. They were our number one choice! Highly recommend!

Jackie and her staff at the Next Chapter Winery are amazing to work with. As a wedding DJ we know whenever we are there, we will get everything we need to do our jobs to the best of our ability. Their ceremony site in the vineyard is beautiful plus the pavilion is a surrounded by beauty as well. It's also a great choice to have the dance in their Barrel Room to be protected from the MN elements yet still have a really cool room for your dance surrounded by wine barrels.
