There are no short cuts in barbecue and that's what I love about it. We started Luongo Barbecue to glorify the Lord and grow the Kingdom of God. We use the business as a means to feed and serve our community. After spending 30 years in Texas we have relocated to central Pennsylvania to begin working with family on the next chapter of Luongo Barbecue. Our 1925 Model T, the Little Red Truck, is a fun, interactive way of serving a variety of beverages on tap – everything from beer, wine, and sparkling wine, to craft cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages. We offer completely custom packages designed specifically for our clients’ tastes and the unique needs of their celebration and venue. In addition to the little red truck, we offer two tap barrels and a tap bicycle - perfect for showers and more intimate celebrations.
